Well we finished moving everything yesterday and today is my birthday! I have achieved level 32. And I am exhausted.

Life is incredibly stressful right now (it's not just the moving) so that might affect my reading right now, but I listened to it today and gave it 3 stars. I liked it just fine, it might just be my mental state right now but I am glad to have a long list of women authors to check out now.

Raise the roof is a saying, it means they are celebrating or something like that.

All my books (minus a few I didn't want to keep) are HERE! I'll be getting new bookcases over time. My hubby still has to go and get stuff out of his room, but a lot of progress has been made!

Moving is exhausting.

I have mine downloaded from Audible plus. I'll get to it this month, just busy at the moment. Moving is a pain. But I am excited to listen to this!

We still need to finish getting stuff out of the old house (weather partly to blame for putting it on hold) and I am convinced, since the bedroom has no door, that I will never hear my alarm to wake me up. The cat (Midnight) will wake me up before. I have ear plugs. He does not care lol.

Lol, the tentacle part. It's ok to be behind (or even read group books much later and then post in the thread, they stay open). :)

Thank you! Still working on it so it'll go into february. I have my computer set up but in a temporary (and actually painful) way at the moment. So i'm here :D still moving, still working everything out, but here. I still haven't gotten all my books moved. I have some but not all. I'm in the process of moving. thankfully the landlord said we can take our time and don't need to get everything out by the first, which will be impossible thanks to a winter storm starting tomorrow morning going until Tuesday morning! I don't have my computer, just my tablet atm and phone (so no Twitter, Facebook or email right now as I don't know my passwords...I have stuff saved but not with me right now). and I have some but not all of my books. also means I have to use the goodreads app and I'm used to the desktop version so it's a pain and so slow typing on here. so stuff might be a little delayed but just be patient with me, shouldn't be too long☺

We have to move everything this weekend. Everything. One weekend. Not enough totes. Because we have to wait until closing, so we should be able to start moving Friday, and the 1st is Monday so we literally just have the weekend.

This weekend is going to be fun (sarcasm). But it should be so worth it in the end! Just gotta remember that in the meantime lol.

The services like cable, electric etc. should be taken care of and the cable people will be at the new house Friday afternoon (closing is in the morning, bright and early) so while we should have internet, I might be too busy moving during the weekend to use it lol.

I never want to buy another house/move ever again. So much stress.

And there will be much to do over time making it ours (me and my husband, and the pets).

We are closing Friday! So this weekend (since we have to be out of here by Feb 1st, thankfully we aren't moving far) will be moving moving moving!

On one hand i'm so excited, but on the other I can't stop thinking how I wanted to share our new home with my grandmother. Have her come visit in an actually comfortable home (unlike where we currently are at) that was ours, and now that's not an option. And little things keep bringing up memories. I've lost loved ones before but never anyone I was as close to as her before. I know she'd want me to be happy though.

Anyway this weekend is going to be so hectic for me! So. Much. MOVING! So many books. One can not have too many books, unless one is moving. XD

I've been interested in this for awhile, so I definitely plan on joining in!
