At first when hearing Em's reason for the expedition I was meh, I get it on one level, but wasn't attached to it.. but now after the videos Gyre has watched... I'm curious what happened. What's the sound they kept hearing, and the vibrations.

In that case sorry, and thanks for the link; I fixed it in our sheet. When I entered the book through your review in the genres it only has sequential art>manga.
Could you please in the future make a note in your completion post if you read something like this, so that we don't have a repetition of this? 😃

Okay, great, it's a December read. Now only the question is how many chapters and over how many days. The book has 44 chapters.

It counts as a BR don't worry 😄 I don't know if I'll be able to finish it by the end of the month because atm I'm behind on 3 BRs including this one.

B2 Ch 1 😭😭😭 Oh, nooo.. not the horse 😭 Oh noo he killed him. I understand that's a smart thing to do, but daaamn why?
Also, what's with the voice? I mean you maybe found out by now.. is maybe the voice the reason he's somehow special.. or is it maybe a product of him being the last of his Order. Oooh, the voice is female..

Ch 4-5 Chloe is the little girl that we met in the beginning, right?

I stopped after chapter 5 because I'm going to sleep.. but damn, I've forgotten that the writing is good, and I also like the audio narrator; he narrated Malice and I enjoyed the voice so much there, I'm glad he's narrating it.

I picked it up 🎉 I don't know how much I'll read since it's late-ish.. BUT I picked it up, and that's something.

I hate that too! It irks me so much. If you wanted to read a book with me then let's read it together and talk about it, that's the point. I've discovered that I like talking with my buddy about the book, and I maybe get too wordy, but that's what I expect a buddy read to be.

I am guilty of reading faster than the schedule 😅 especially in games like these when I over book myself with buddy reads (oops), and then I try to catch up to them, and read some more so that I have time for other books.. but I still discuss things.

It's okay not to be up to date with the BR or to even DNF it - that's something I let myself do if I don't like the book, since I had some experiences when my buddy didn't show up at all and I finished a book and hated it SO much, but pushed through because I was supposedly reading it with someone. As long as you make your buddy aware of that that's OK in my book.

Your Cemetery Boys & The Only Good Indians can't be counted as Group reads since you haven't made ANY comments in the threads for those books.
That can be fixed since books that we read as a group are in question, just go talk about them in their thread.
