I know that a lot of planning is happening right now. You are choosing which book to read for what prompt, nominate some of your choices and find a buddy or a few so that you can rack up more points for those reads.

Anyone can nominate as many books as you'd like and look for a buddy! Any book that gets two nominations or more will have a buddy thread created for discussion during October. Please decide your start date and reading pace/reading goals in this thread. Once that has been decided, the mods will create a Buddy Read Discussion thread for that title. Reading the Buddy Read Guidelines is strongly recommended. There is no promise that you will have a buddy read for your nomination(s).

Hi, sorry for not answering the message you sent sooner I wasn't checking GR.

Fright night is one of our seasonal games, at the beginning of the year we had Spring fling. So these exact games happen twice a year, and every year they switch between Spring Fling/Fright Night and Summer Days/Winter wars (next year's seasonal games).

We have other challenges in the group, although this year we were late with the quarterly ones. And of course there's the annual challenge. Both of these are less strict with time and books you read.
