Thanks Grace! Three great reviews. I love the sound of Tanka Tanka Skunk!

What a shame! The first book in the series (Winnie the Witch) is 25 years old this year, and is one of my all time favourites. Don't let it put you off!

http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/... and http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/... are links to your reviews, Daniel. I agree, Persepolis is amazing. It would be a great book to read and discuss with Y6 children during Refugee Week.

Here is my review of 'The Booktime Book of Fantastic First Poems'

Thanks Karen, that sounds like a great book of poems to have in class!

I don't understand why the links to my reviews are not working but I will post them here again and see if they work. http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...

These links are working, Alice. Some great reviews of some great books. I look forward to hearing about the books you have read with children on SBT1!

Hi Angela, have a look at the guidance for posting reviews on UEL Plus. You're writing them in the comments box, not in the review box.

This picture book is directly linked with my English PWR.

That's a great idea, Emma! Don't forget to bring it with you to the English PWR session after SBT1.

I love this book! Have you read any of Neil Gaiman's other books for children? Coraline is brilliant, like a really creepy Alice in Wonderland.
