Aww! Well, you may have to haggle about that with DoodlePanda for next year. I already promised her that I'd try to put my thread up while I was sleeping so that she'd have a chance. :)
Although she did get "First" on my 2017 thread... Hmmm

@Spacechick - To answer your question, yes, but there were times when I wasn't so sure. I never considered putting it down, but I did question why I was reading it a time or two. In the end, I'm glad I did.
GA wrote: "Nyssa, I finished Hard-Boiled Christmas tonight. Have you started yet?"Hi GA!
No, I opted for My True Love Gave To Me: Twelve Holiday Stories, which I just started a few minutes ago after finishing American Gods.
Bianca wrote: "Artemis by Andy Weir.A very good read. I'm almost annoyed with myself for not saving it for my vacation in January. But then in December, I need fun and easy books."
My husband suggested this to me yesterday; he really liked it too. Not sure if I'll get to it this month though. I'm still reading American Gods, and then there is a Christmas anthology I'd like to read next.

Congratulations!! :)
I'm not a huge fan of nicknames (unless they have specific meaning to the people who use them) or making names shorter. I told my family that under no circumstances should my son, James, be called Jim, or Jimmy. His name is James!
Yes to An-win. :) She had a teacher who insisted on calling her Antwon (Ant-wand without the “d”).Is your daughter’s name pronounced An-tea-gone?
My daughter, Anwyn, was named before we even knew if we would have children. My husband heard it on the NPR show Car Talk. We can’t believe, however, how many people have difficulty pronouncing her name.
When planning for 2018 already has you thinking about 2019!I may change my mind later, but I think a 10th Anniversary Good Reads Choice Award Challenge might be fun, especially since they include links to all of the previous years.
Players will be allowed to remove one category from the list but must read the winning book in all of the other categories.
Stephanie wrote: "All is better and I'm getting more reading and listening in. My Mom has me hooked on NCIS on Netflix though, so that takes some of that away. :)"I enjoy NCIS but have not stayed up to date with Season 13 (the newest season).
I would really like to watch NCIS: LA but I can't find previous seasons online without paying an arm and a leg per season.
I wish all of you great success in your Bingo endeavors! I will gladly watch from the sidelines and cheer you all on. :)
Your posts were only a few seconds apart, so I waited 30 seconds for the next one, and figured it was safe after about 40 seconds had past. 😊Hi btw!!! I hope all is well!
DoodlePanda wrote: "BTW, I object to you making your thread while I'm sleeping, I have no chance of First! :P"Okay, to be fair, I'll see if I can start it while I'm sleeping, next year. :D
