As you come across books that take place in certain states please post them here so we can make a list that will help others find books to read. The whole book may not take place in the particular area, but at some point the characters will end up there. If a book is in 2 places then that means the people in the book have traveled to more than one state. If you see a * to the right of a book it means it's the first of a series and the whole series takes place in that state (or most of it). I just posted the first book of the series if that were the case.
A series book without a * means that the locations may change throughout the series.
As I get time I'll add them to the big list so we only have to look in one place.
Fixed. I'm not alphabetizing anything else though. I forgot Orange and had to go through and renumber every thing all over again.
My stupid book is Aquamarine. I should have gone with the 64 pack.

Here's a chart of all of the colors. These will be a little subjective and sometimes the shade on the book is different than the photo so don't stress too much over how perfect it is. It should be pretty darn close though. Also, the color just has to be on the cover, even if it's only present in small amounts.
Also, I think this was a 48 pack from back in the day. today's colors are probably different, but I didn't have crayons with me when I set this up. I used the Crayola site instead.
I won't be nit-picky like I have to be in Delerity.
It's kind of up to you. I won't use the same book for 6 different challenges, but it it works as a letter and a country, you could. Or, you can make it harder and don't let anything overlap. I'm trying not to overlap too much, but I'm sure I will a little.
Hi guys! Thanks for joining.Zakiya, thanks for inviting people. I didn't invite too many since most of my friends are in my Delerity group and I stole a lot of the challenges from there. I keep wanting to add challenges to it, but everyone is reading for points and a chance for a prize so I can't add too many and make it impossible for the average reader to even have a chance. I figured if I set up a different group that was just for fun I wouldn't get bored as quickly. =) I guess if I slowed down on reading I wouldn't get bored as quickly either...
Ya. If you want to make it harder use your full name or name and nickname. In a to z I'm working on that in another group so I just used what I was doing there to get things going. I wouldn't go back more than a month from before you join though
Generally when you join. They're all just for fun. No due dates on these I've just been using what I've read within the last week.
My problem is that I have too many since Art History is my specialty.
One of my favorite artists is Antonio Canova. He was a Venetian whose neoclassical marble sculptures always catch my attention. Many of his sculptures refer to classical themes, but others were political in nature. He created sculptures of Napoleon, Napoleon's sister as Aphrodite, and George Washington himself. Some of my favorites are The Three Graces, Cupid and Psyche Examining a Butterfly, and Theseus and the Minotar:
