I love it too! It was a re-read for me and I'm quite taken in with the exotic culture that geisha represent. I seem to fall in love with a different character every time I read it and this time Nobu was the hero for me!

I'm about to finish the book in another couple of hours, so I thought I'd check if it fits the goal.

I'm Sanz from India and I'm a little late to the party but I'm so glad to join your team. I read a book a week, sometimes more, depending on how much time I can spare from my job as a marketing professional.
My shelf for this challenge is Gladiator Games. The only book book I've read since Aug 02 won't work for the challenge as it's under 160 pages. Since I usually read a couple of books at a time, I should get something finished real soon.
Looking forward to getting to know you guys better and hoping to have fun!

This was one of those rare books that started out real slow for me but halfway through the book it completely altered course and the tension only kept building from there right till the end.
Have you ever read something that was boring to begin with, but you are glad you trudged through it because somewhere down the line the book got really exciting?
