Knowing NBRC, they often have a fall challenge, so maybe we can test it then :)

And I'm pretty sure the other teams lost readers along the way - Kudos to all of you for sticking with it the whole challenge and being SO responsible. If you look at our team list - if any one of you had stepped out, we wouldn't be in first place. So thank you!!

Elinor - I love Orphan X and am anxiously waiting for the next one. And Nanci - I WISH The Elephant Whisperer had been available in my library when I read Zoo instead. But I have Whisperer on hold :) (I thought Zoo was dumb by the way - I was rooting for the animals to kill all the idiotic people.)

I read a bunch of novellas this week set in "The Chronicles of St Mary's" series. They reminded me to get back to this series!
It starts with Just One Damned Thing After Another - it's time travel and quite funny
Mark Twain's Helpful Hints for Good Living: A Handbook for the Damned Human Race
The Queen’s Price (I have an unreasonable love for Anne Bishop. Although, if you haven't read her books, I'd start with "The Others" series.)
Identity
The Ferryman
Bright Lights, Big Christmas

I felt really lucky to have Lisa and Shannon who know so much about spreadsheets to co-captain. And my "ray of sunshine" co-captain Nanci - always so willing to bounce ideas off of. I've seen you on other teams during various challenges and always wished you were on mine - so glad you were on this one!
This next two months I'm doing a one book a week challenge (one of the Game Night ones - the Game of Life - Space version) - with a group of people I met on one of my first tower teams. This game really does build lasting friendships! And I tell myself I'll get to play with you all again because - if I don't I'd be too sad!
Great idea to list favorite challenge books! I'll add mine in the next post.

And note it on the planning sheet.
I don't know for sure how it will end up, but boy the sheer number of books read this past week is stunning. And even more stunning was the coordination fitting so many tasks.
Thanks so much everyone! What a fun ride this has been!

And Vi - wow so many pages in such a short time! That's incredible.
Apoorv - you had so many insights that helped out the team - thank you :)

Feel better!
