According to google:"There is a widespread belief—one with no historical or grammatical foundation—that it is an error to begin a sentence with a conjunction such as and, but or so. In fact, a substantial percentage (often as many as 10 percent) of the sentences in first-rate writing begin with conjunctions."
So I would say it works.

Done. Updated the ASIN as well, since it was entered with an ISBN incorrectly.
Minx, much as we appreciate you reading these zombie books for the team, I hate to hear that they're making you gag, they're so gross. You need a palate cleanser! As for what to focus on, I don't know. I guess its up to you what you want to read for until the team comes to a consensus.

Super exciting!!!!
Team, we're 23XP away from the next level. We can get there by completing cards 1, 2, and 5 for exactly 23 XP! Card 2 doesn't seem worth the low XP.
I'm going to try to move those cards over to the planning sheet.
Let's do this!!!
LOL, I hope its not over soon. I'm having fun and want to keep going!I had checked out the individual RPG thing in this group before, but it seemed a bit too complicated to figure out how to get started. Now I'm eyeing it again for when this is over. I'm thinking that keeping track of everything will be a bit less fun when you don't have a spreadsheet to do it for you though.
I actually think that we might be better strategy-wise to focus on completing as many cards as we can. To level up our weapon we now need 11, 12, 13, etc books per level, which gives our weapon one more attack power. With 10+ books though, if we can submit a card, we can probably move up 10points or more in XP. We're 30 XP away from our next level (200XP) which would give us full health points again. Then we can more easily fight monsters, which is basically like free points we get without even reading books.
Does this make any sense to anyone besides me, lol?

The monster still has all its health and so do we. You're good.

I'm looking at the Kindlecorn and wondering if it's actually worth it to keep or whether we should just discard him and hop..."I see what you're saying. Much as it goes against my inclination to "fight all the monsters" (picture allie brosh comic here) I agree that we're not really in a good place right now to fight this one. Even if we had one greater damage potion, we would only take 2 hits but it looks like those are pretty hard to come by. I think we have to keep an eye on cards and if that reward comes up, we do it, no matter what else it offers.
We'll have to just keep coming back to this thread to talk about books even when we're done playing.
Oh wait I know... I'm going to finally get around to reading A Game of Thrones, The Luminaries, Wolf Hall and The passage which Ive kept putting off due to length.
This may sound like a dumb question that I should probably know the answer to, but when does this challenge end?
Ok both cards are discarded.Weapon level 10 is submitted (check the RPG tab) but I don't know how to hide those lines on the Weapon Planning Tab without also hiding the info on the left hand side with how many books of each number we still need.
Are you guys interested in trying to complete card one? Or should we just just discard it? I confess I don't know where to start with this one. Also should we get rid of card five so we're not doing another triangle spell-out?

I just checked on Scribd, which has ebooks and its listed as 42 pages, so I would guess its not long enough.
