Just fought Boss 2 so we could level up. Whoo, Level 10 Hero. Now that we have full health points, have to decide which boss to fight next!

It is such a nice day here today, I was able to go outside in a t-shirt. I know this may not mean anything to all you guys south of me, but there is often snow here at this time of year so its pretty great!

Just beat Boss #6, which jumped us up 75xp. We're now just under 50xp away from our next level.

We don't normally do the cards where we get less than one XP per book. I had already discarded the card about finding or stealing something. I'm fitting the books people are posting into our spell-it out to try to get the card closer to complete.

Since it doesn't look like anyone is reading for the cats card, can someone discard it so we can get a new one in a few hours? I would do it if I wasn't at work on mobile.

I'm going to dismiss card 3 because its a tough monster, so we can get a new card in 10~ish hours. Not sure if we want to discard card 2 as well (we don't usually do the cat one, but its the only card with free spaces right now.) If we do, any books finished today can be used either for weapon planning, or substituted in for any claimed books on the cards (I don't mind any of my books being replaced) or just banked until we have new cards to work on.

I'll leave it up to you guys today to decide about that Card 2. I won't be home until after the spreadsheet re-draws the cards tonight.

Moved a few books around so we could submit our Level 14 weapon.

Finished Golden Son, finally! It was 19 hours long on audio.

Ok Boss 1 is down. This gave us 50XP as well as some gold and a greater damage potion!!! So between those two bosses we're up 70 XP from that. Only 20xp away from levelling up our hero again :)

So I'm also going to defeat Boss 1. Their attack is 20 but their health points are only 100 so with another poison potion, we can get them in 3 hits. Just have to use 4 heal potions to do it, which isn't bad seeing as we have 13 and they only cost 3 gold if we need more.

Ok after giving it some thought, I think we should go for a monster. We have a fair amount of gold and can use it to buy lots of potions. I'm going to use a poison potion and attack
