Lol i would start now but its way too confusing to figure out which way is up on the app. Plus I still have 3 outstanding books to finish for battleship lol
I'm just on the bus heading home and reading to catch up all these comments. So exciting how you guys are starting to make connections. When I get home I will try to help in whatever way i can and find a book to read that fits somewhere with what we have already. Go team!
Sorry I maybe jumped the gun on posting those books but I'm on lunch at work. If they work or no is no big deal to me. I'll be checking back in hopefully a few more hours.

I can't do that...I mean..I oculd maybe pick 1 or 2 books as possibles... lol "I know how you feel. I sometimes choose what to read next by sorting my list by random and choosing the top pick, or by whatever my library has when I visit.
We're actually playing Olympics next though, not wheel-a-thon. The most important things for this one is to check in here often and to be flexible in choosing what to read next.
Wow, I'm just looking at the planning spreadsheet where everyone's books are sitting in the categories they work for and I am truly amazed. We've read so many books! You guys rock! We've done so well for these first two weeks. I'm so excited that soon we're gonna start a whole new game together and do it all over again.Just two more days to get those Battleship books in!
I'm currently trying to get 3 books done still:
First Grave on the Right - almost 50% done
Edenbrooke - 62% done
In Her Wake - not very far in, but it's short so I should finish it no problem.
I did want to try to squeeze one more in, but I don't think that will happen. How's everyone else's reading going? It's Crunch Time!
Maybe I should read Six of Crows too and then I can join in with you guys.Although I did want to read the Grisha series first...
I assumed that books per month on the spreadsheet was how many books we said we'd read when we first signed up.
I love audiobooks for when I'm exercising or taking a walk or cleaning the house or doing a puzzle. I would be less excited about doing those things if I couldn't read at the same time.
Here is my up-next shelf for planning purposes:Popular: Vintage Wisdom for a Modern Geek
Positive: A Memoir
A Game of Thrones
The Subtle Knife
The Luminaries
The Story of Beautiful Girl
Devoted
Doomsday Book
Collide
Witness in Death
Romancing the Duke
Shelter
The Returned
The Wrong Side of Right
The Sudden Appearance of Hope
Play
Red Rising
Wolf Hall
Whistling Past the Graveyard
Matterhorn
The Glass Castle
Bookishly Ever After
Sawbones
In Bed with the Devil
The Boleyn Inheritance
Made You Up
I'm completely flexible to read whatever though. Some of these have been on my "up-next" shelf since last summer, and I often start a book that is not on this shelf. I will be open to reading anything on my to-read shelf that I can get my hands on that will work best for this challenge. I'll be checking in often (multiple times a day) to make sure I choose my books based on what we need most.
