Oh no! Isn't that just the most annoying? Sometimes after I finish a book I check out how popular the next one in the series is and I'm disappointed usually if there's only one copy and its checked in, because I'm usually not ready to read it right then, but in about a month is perfect timing for me. Sometimes though when I check back a few weeks later it has 3 or 4 holds.

35559 Has anyone read The Others series by Anne Bishop?

I read the first one Written in Red (The Others, #1) by Anne Bishop a little while ago and now I'm reading Murder of Crows (The Others, #2) by Anne Bishop . I'm seriously loving these books so much. And I didn't even think I would like them, because I read Anne Bishop's earlier series and really disliked it! The reviews were just too good for this series though so I had to give it a try and I sure am glad I did.

35559 Two of those three BOTM books are on my TBR so I will try to get to them. Why not, right?

35559 Hi team! So excited for a new team challenge. I feel like this group runs some of the most intense long-running challenges so I always look forward to them. I think I've done a couple of wheel-a-thons, the gladiator one, the last tower teams and then of course WOBBLE which was a unique experience and I still miss it too.

As for what I read, I have a hard time narrowing it down. I feel like anything that I hear about that appeals to me I will pick up, although I'm more hesitant to pick up epic fantasy, paranormal romance or westerns, but I still have read and loved some books in those genres.

I've seen the original Star Wars movies but it's been over a decade, and haven't followed anything since. I had to ask my boyfriend who Palpatine was, but I'm just glad it's something easy to spell (in my wobble team I had to think before typing out Brahminy most of the time, lol)

35559 I don't know of anyone in my personal life who would admit out loud to supporting him so I honestly am so shocked, saddened and a little scared.

On a lighter note my facebook feed is filled with news of the Canadian Immigration website crashing again.

35559 Omg, I honestly thought there was no chance he would win. I guess I mostly get news from liberal media because it didn't seem like he had that much support.

Shannon, I've got an extra room, although I don't know how you feel about -40 degree temps in the winter :\
