I will, since you said to. :) But first I want to finish Magic Shifts. There's something really decadent about reading while my neighbor mows my grass. I have really nice neighbors. lol

35559 OK, I finished The Apothecary Rose (Owen Archer, #1) by Candace Robb , which has a book on the cover.

It was so good I think I'll go pull the next one off the shelf and reread it...

Yes, it's a book, not a scroll. I checked. :) I only have about 12% left, so let me go finish it right now...

You know, I've read my share of Shakespeare plays, but I've never actually read "Macb..."

Yes, you should. lol Watching MacBeth and Lady M develop is fascinating. And it has some of his best phrasing, I think. Also, the action is quick and not hard to follow at all. I read all the general info in the book, then read along while listening to an audio book of the play. Like my own personal performance.

I've decided to revisit Shakespeare one play at a time. I think Midsummer's Nights Dream is up next...

35559 I finished Macbeth. It's been a long time, I'd forgotten how really good it is. :)

Is someone reading X or are we going to use a boon? I've lost track...

In other challenges I've done the book counts as long as you know the # and it was on the list when you started. Maybe it would be worth checking with the mods if you're that far along?

After all, if the list changes all the time, we could read a lot of books before we finished one that stayed on the list. :)

35559 Hi, I'm from the US; TN - near Memphis. I read lots of historic fiction, classics, non-fiction, about anything but horror.

I've just finished:
Twelfth Night
Partisans
Circus.

I don't have any X books. I can finish Macbeth tomorrow, which also has a ghost, if that would be quicker, since Melissa has the flying book, too. Lucy said she could read Cinder for the bestseller goal. But I'm sure she'll check in at some point and confirm or deny. :)

35559 Hey, if you think you can finish it Monday, be my guest. I just thought if it would be backed up a long time I could be quicker. But I have other things to do - and read. So go ahead, as far as I'm concerned, any way. :)

35559 How soon do you think you could have Cinder finished? There are several I could read in two days, if that helps.

ETA - Or maybe someone has already started one of them?

35559 It looks like I missed reporting that I finished Soul's Gate Aug 9.

Closest I come to a green cover is The End of the Rainbow by Betty Neels .
