Ugh is right.

I think a true test of someone's better nature -- and breeding (as archaic as that sounds) is how they treat the people who wait on them, serve them.

If you're the kind of person who A - thinks you're "better" than someone because they're working a job you consider menial, and B - thinks that being "better" means you get to treat anyone with anything but courtesy is a reflection on you, not them.
