I did A Drink Before the War for winked. There's also: The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making which fits both Voldemort and Winked. Wink Murder, and The Wicked We Have Done. The Naturals is the only gift I have, I think. I don't like plain romance, but you'll probably find a lot of gifts if you search holiday romances in the listopia.
Feel free to check in on what the other Hogwarts Students have done for ideas. I have been doing 4 Tasks a chapter (or more) so far, so I always have books done, here's my thread. I had been doing a planning post (post 8) and deleting it, but I'll start keeping it so that it maybe can help out. Others good to check up on would be Ashley, Caly and Kim, who all are up to date, so have their own books listed. Angie too, if she'll get her books posted. :)Let us know what kind of books you like, we can probably suggest better things, and which tasks you'd like. was 390 pages. Dunno if you have read any of the Mortal Instruments books, but the first one has a birthday, then that 3rd one is a Glass title. I'll look for some more, if you still need any suggestions. Hopefully some others will jump in with theirs as well.
Nope, the war won't work. 10 years have to pass within the book, not as a flashback either, but actual years. Usually you can find books like that where the prologue is a while before the rest of the story, and that works.

I'm not sure if Angie is up to date or not, but I have 2 done so I certainly can jump in if you all want me to. :)So only 4 of us (so far) are waiting on Ch 5. Might have to change some things around for Ch 5. It's a big one, and it's set for quite a few more people than just 4 to open.

Could I get a headcount of who is up to date (on Chapt 4 with us)? I might have to decrease the amount of people needed for the next criteria if not a lot of people are here yet.
If y'all can, post if you are on Chapt 4, and/or what chapter you are on, so I can see if I need to tweak things for the next chapter.

Nope, no time limit, except for what you want to do with your rabid level. Only restriction is that if you get through all 8 before the week of the 18, then you'll have to wait on Stage Two, because that's when it airs. :D
That really stinks! :( We'll go ahead and allow it this time for that. I hate when titles have such a difference between page counts, makes no sense!

I read the first, and it wasn't bad. I tried the 3rd and hated it. Looking at restaurants/diners seemed to be the way to go, rather than for hotels/B&Bs (which is what I initially was looking at).

Correct. :) So that book is fine. I actually was going to read it myself for that task, but decided to do a re-read of GZoC (which I highly recommend). :D
