213642 Hadn't said yet in any official capacity, but did end up saying something because someone else asked, over on the Notice Board.

More information on the Tokens will be coming on Sunday, NOT what they are for / how they will be used, but some other stuff. :D

213642 Yes, you could do that. No, you don't have to wait til you can find names for them. You can just have covers for them and you can name them as well if you want to, but don't have to. :)

213642 One each Caly, not making it that hard..... yet. :D

213642 Yeah, for colored tasks you pretty much don't want anything else on the cover, that's the only way you are going to get it. Just gotta be full on screaming that color. :)

I have colored shelves, if you ever want to see if there's anything you like on them. Right now they are 60% and up as I started doing them over a year ago. At some point I'll make them all 80%+ to help out, but I know I have a bunch of Green ones on there that fit.

213642 I just finished up A Drink Before the War (Kenzie & Gennaro, #1) by Dennis Lehane yesterday and TinEye had it at 97% Green. I was surprised, but I took it. :) It was a meh story, too much about racism, which wasn't fun reading right now.

I have colored shelves, though they were made with the 60%+ in mind, here's a few that are over 80%:

Edge Of Fear (T-FLAC #9) by Cherry Adair ~ 86.7
Whisper No Lies (Black Ops Inc., #3) by Cindy Gerard ~ 89.4
Deal Breaker (Myron Bolitar #1) by Harlan Coben ~ 87.3

The first two are parts of series, but can be read on their own. I only looked at a couple, so you can look through the rest of my Green Shelf to see if there are others.

Hope this, or someone, can help!

213642 Ok good. :D

I think where the confusion was, on the earlier question is with the PuP/PaW type challenges. Randemonium is basically one set Challenge with added parts to it.

With PuP or PaW, it's individual challenges (Baseball, Computer, Dogs for PuP or Each individual PaW Holiday) but under the same concept, one book can not cross over into these individual challenges.
Aug 14, 2017 10:31AM

213642 No, you are correct. You can use the same book for Hogwarts and Randemonium.

It's EACH DIFFERENT Ongoing challenge that you CAN use the same book for. So you can use one book, say Storm Front for BOTH Chapter 1 of Hogwarts and the August task of Randemonium.

What you can't do is use it for multiple challenges in the SAME Ongoing Challenge. So you couldn't use Storm Front for Chapter 1 AND 2 of Hogwarts or Welcome task AND August task of Randemonium.

Think I clarified post #12 more?
Aug 14, 2017 10:08AM

213642 Correct, you can use it for One of Paw AND One of Pup. In the message below she'd asked about "more" than one.

So here's an example:

I read : Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

I can use that book for:
~ EACH individual "Barc Challenge" (Anorak's Almanac, Color Collection, Rainbow Connection.... ect. Any Barc Challenge as these are stand alone challenges.

I can also use that book for ONE of EACH ongoing challenge:
~ any one PuP PLUS
~ any one PaW PLUS
~ any one Randemonium..... ect. Any Ongoing Challenges as listed in this post you can use the same book for one of EACH Ongoing challenges just not multiple challenges in the same Ongoing one.

I CAN NOT use it for:
~ Computers & Baseball of PuP, I can only choose one
~ Welcome Task & August Task of Randemonium, I can only choose one

Basically we're not asking that each challenge have a new book each time, but that the books may only be used ONCE for each challenge. So in ongoing challenges, that's where you can only use it the once and not use it over and over multiple times.

Sorry it's so unclear, I think it's just my inability to explain it well?

213642 No worries, we don't mind the questions.

For the Individual challenges like these, there's a bit of leeway. So yes, using books in your own language is accepted, as is finding names that are the English form. Especially with this challenge, it's all about YOU, so tweak it in those ways to make it more about you.

Hope that helps?

213642 LOL Plethora, I tend to forget not everyone spends as much time on GR as I do, so I see new posts right away (unless I'm sleeping and wake up to a ton like this morning, which I LOVED).

I'm creating a Thread now...... or soon. Hubby made breakfast and of course I need to make a pretty graphic for it. :D
Aug 10, 2017 06:35AM

213642 Correct, you can not use a book for more than 1 of any of the "ongoing" challenges, which include CYO, Legacy, PaW, PuP & Randemonium.
