Got a favorite Star Wars title?

- Naoki Urasawa's Monster, Volume 1
- ハイキュー!! 1 日向と影山 Haikyū!! 1
- ハイキュー!! 2
- Is This Guy For Real?: The Unbelievable Andy Kaufman
- Not Drunk Enough - Vol. 1
Plus, I finished Dept. H today. What a stellar series that was.

I really dig this run, and I'm happy I had the chance to re-read it.

(Everyone hates Cyclops BUT GET READY FOR ME TO MAKE A WHOLE THING ABOUT IT)
I'll start:
Favorite X-Men character for me: Gambit. He's the guy everyone doesn't like but somehow still loves him. He's cheesy and over the top, but he still gets invited to family dinner every week. He's suave and knows it, and most people see right through it, but he is what he is.
Least Favorite X-Men character for me: Um... this is a hard one for me... Toad? Sabretooth? Some of the villains are just bland. I mean, I go back and forth about Wolverine... it's all so grim and uninteresting to me.
So, who are your favorite X-Men characters? Who are your least favorite X-Men characters? And why?

Do you remember what issue turned it around for you?"
I think it was issue #2. I go back and forth on the series issue to issue, but there's usually some redeeming part that keeps me coming back.
#1 of the new series was rough because there was a time skip from the previous run--which ended mid-story arc. So, no explanation there as to how that conundrum was settled chaffed me a bit, but by the end of #1 and some subtle hinting within issue 2 about "things being weird" within the series gave me some hope that it would be explained story-wise.
And since then, the story has been building towards that--at least, I think. If you can forgive the creative team for the screw ups in the past (imo, Rat Queens is kind of a cursed book...), this new run has the same feel and snark as the previous run did in the early arcs.

The carrying part is the real burden. I see dudes with little carts like this with shortboxes on them and I'm like... why?

What marvel books are you trying?

I don't know what changed but nowadays, I find covers/specific issues or #1s to get signed by a creative team. It's all about showing them off at home, right? So why get so many signed?

I also read Abbott #2 last night and it continues to be amazing . Everyone should check that series out.

The new Rat Queens series is, honestly, pretty good. I was very mad about how things got going at first, but it got better. Overall, I'm really liking it. I think Weibe has a plan to tie it all back together (it's not a reboot series, but there's a time gap and some weirdness that they sort of roll past connecting back to the old series).

What's on your pull list? What was added this month? What was dropped?
