There's a Xena comic?!

Just wrapped
Chew, Vol. 10: Blood Puddin' last night. Planning on reading
Chew, Vol. 11: The Last Suppers this week. Once volume 12 releases, I plan to re-read the entire Chew series.
If you haven't read this series, it is fantastic and hilarious.

Welcome Stephen!

Finished Jughead #9 and Archie #11 this weekend--both being fantastic, why aren't you reading this book?
I also read the latest Poe Dameron (#6), which was so-so. This book is fun, but I don't know if I see the point. I want
new material, not lead up material (which is all we've seen so far). I'm hoping this book does a flash forward to
after The Force Awakens sometime soon.

Astonishing X-Men Trilogy Collection
Already enjoying this more than New X-Men Omnibus which was my very first X Title.
Amazing how a little ..."That New X-Men run is one of my favorites. And Whedon's follow-up with Astonishing X-Men (follow-up in my mind at least) is a perfect capper.

Welcome Phil! I'm the IRCB host. Thanks for joining!

Weekly books for me so far: Invincible #130, Constantine: The Hellblazer #1, Outcast #20, and Renato Jones: The One Percent #4.
Constantine: The Hellblazer was a good start to the series. Nice Swamp Thing appearance, and if you read the Rebirth issue, there are some nice references.

And I spent Saturday re-reading all of Injection... because I had a comic-full weekend.

I finally read Batman: Court of Owls... so now I'm in the Scott Snyder world. BRING ON THE BATMAN.
Also, I spent all day Saturday reading manga... All volume 1's because I hate myself: One Piece v1, Naruto v1, Bleach v1, DBZ v1, and then I kept on this series I really dig: Bakuman v3

This, for me, is pretty "peak" Bendis, but I happen to like that. The dude uses a whole lot of words, and it works for me.
Gaydos' art is definitely something to get used to, but, ultimately, I think it works well for this series. Now I gotta read the rest of Alias...

Just finished Hex 11 volume 1 last night. Comixology Submit book about magic, and technology(?). Definitely had a lot of fun reading it. The story is ready to be big--the first volume resolves a small conflict, but there's a whole lot more left--and the art is pretty solid (the color work is incredible) if you're cool with a more cartoony-style.

Re-reading Lazarus because I was lost in the story and re-reading Hawkeye (Fraction & Aja's run) because it is fantastic.
I've never been a big fan of re-reading books, but in the two cases above... it's been wholeheartedly worth it.

I'm excited to sit down and read this book over the weekend!

Straightforward: Comic-related or not, what other podcasts do you listen to?

As one of the people who runs IRCB, I'm curious about what everyone thinks of the show.
How did you find the show? What do you like or dislike? What do you want to hear more of?
Gabriella wrote: "I watched one of your podcast and now really want to pick up Wytches Volume 1 by Scot Snyder."Dooooo it!

I read One Punch Man Volume 6 last night and am looking to read We Can Never Go Home this week (plus my backlog of weekly books)

Hiya! I'm Mike (the host of IRCB). I'm a big X-Men fan, but have move away from most other Marvel things (save Moon Knight). I read a lot of Image books and dabble a bit in Valiant and Boom! books as well!
I live in New York and work at comiXology (with Tia!).
