Hi Henric, welcome to Hufflepuff! We are always happy to add new badgers!

It is great that rereading helps your anxiety but unfortunately for this competition you are only allowed to count a title once for points. Sorry, I hope you understand.
189072 We've already read Little Fires Everywhere as a group. If you would like to nominate it please go to the catch up nomination thread.

189072 Going into the new year we wanted to start a brand new category. Introducing the EHRTBM Quarterly Long Read! We've noticed a lot of the longer books being suggested don't make it past the nomination phase, and even if they do they never get chosen as the BOTM winners. We get it, reading a 700+ page book in a month is quite a commitment!

This category will have nominations four times a year and you will have a 3 month period to get the winner read. (Of course, like any BOTM, these discussions will remain open even after the 3 months has ended.) We hope you'll join us in catching up on some of those larger classics/popular books!

189072 Hi Brenda,
you can join at any time, welcome to Hufflepuff!
picture heavy books count for half the points a normal book would count for. You can only log a book once during the challenge.

Yes, any book you have finished in October 2019 counts. Even if you started the book before October, as long as you finished it this month it counts!

189072 Thank you Michelle for posting that update!

I want to remind everyone that picture heavy books get half the points they would be worth normally. Please make sure you are awarding the correct amount of points in your posts!
