I read Memorial Drive: A Daughter's Memoir

Right now our pressing need is the illustrated cover to complete the ferris wheel. When you finish see where you think it fits best. Things change quickly.

Good Morning Team Six Flag, our amusement park is really coming together. We have read 3,828 pages. Listened to 69.85 hours of audio books. There are now 10 hot dog stands. We have one roller coaster. We need a sci-fi book to finish the arcade. We need a book with an illustrated cover to finish the ferris wheel.

Rachel wrote "The bad news is she saw one of the books I recently read on Facebook and asked to borrow it!" I agree Rachel. I hate lending books. Hate it. I'm also not good at it. It seems to me if you borrow a book you will read it in a timely fashion. That has not been my experience. I'm also one of those kinds of people that will ask for the book back regularly.
I have 176 pages left to read on Memorial Drive: A Daughter's Memoir. Not sure I will finish today. I didn't have a lot of options for this book so will see what's available when I finish. My next read can be if an illustrated cover is still needed.

I read Migrations

Hi All, I finished Migrations. I used it for the friendship prompt. That leaves a book with multiple lines on the cover for our first roller coaster.
Nancy J would it be alright if we move your completed book from the plan tab to the completed tab? If you feel comfortable doing it that is great also.

Hi Again, I wanted to talk about my book & my other note was getting long so I thought I would start fresh. I only have 50 pages left in Migrations. It really doesn't really fit Sci-Fi in my opinion. I can use a book about animals which would go toward our second merry go round. I can use it for a book about friendship which would count for our first roller coaster. There are two other books slotted for friendship so let me know what you think.

To recap we have read 3,139 pages. Listened to 59.1 hours of Audio Books. We have 9 hot dog stands. My favorite brand of hot dogs is Nathan Dogs (random thought). We have started our second splash pad. I used red for the second prompts completed. We need a book with a pink or purple cover & a book with an illustrated cover for our first ferris wheel. For our first roller coaster we need a book with multiple lines on the cover & a book about friendship.

That was fast. Way to go team. Jenn I don't know if this helps your decision but I'm reading a book now I may use on the arcade section. It's science fiction. I'm also trying to decide.

I read Any Way the Wind Blows

Rachel, I'm sorry you had a bad day yesterday. I hope today is better. I hope it is alright I put your book Wish You Were Here under a book with a blue cover under the splash pad amusement. Mana had moved The Love Hypothesis to romance, We only need a children's book to get a splash pad. I don't have one on my TBR list but we will see what happens this week.

Good Morning All, I was wandering through our amusement park (spreadsheet) looking at our 5 hot dog stands & 1 merry go round. Bohemian Rhapsody was playing in the background & is now stuck in my head. This is great. We are doing a lot this early in the read-a-thon. We have read 2222 pages & listened to 32 hours of Audio Books.
Thank You Jen K for keeping up with the plan tab. The green looks good. Wow 20 hours in flight, safe travels.
I started Migrations last night. It's only 256 pages but I doubt I'll finish today. It has a few possibilities plus it's science fiction. Have a good Monday.

I completed Any Way the Wind Blows. I used it for the roller coaster. A book over 500 pages. Jen K could you please fill in the color on the plan tab for me? I don't seem to have the same shade of green. Thank You.

The cover looks pink to me. Our first Merry Go Round. Whoop Whoop.
