158858 A pretty stromg finish to this one. Lots of action and resolution. Bradly made sure that all loose ends were tied up. It was this section that made it a 4 star book for me.

158858 Agree totally with the last few comments. I am wondering what her actual intent was and how much she has forced the story in a certain direction to meet her agenda?

Could be an episode of Jerry Springer. Or, Maury when he reveals who the father is.

Up to 43 after 2017.

And this is weird - look at the time stamp on the message before this. I randomly opened this thread to check where I stand and I opened it exactly one year later to the minute from my last post! Freaky!

158858 Just finished this section of the book.

I am pretty sure this is a good photo representation of the family tree in this book:

158858 So . . . after finishing - just okay. I think a strong knowledge of Jane Eyre is necessary!

158858 At this point in the book, there are two Merlins. I believe the older one is the traditional Merlin known from the Sword in the Stone story. But, this book did not really have a sword in the stone, just Excalibur from the lady of the lake. (Really, most of my knowledge of this story comes from the Disney cartoon and Monty Python!)

158858 Halfway through - not really sure what the story is. It isn't bad, but so far just stuff happening without an obvious point.
