I just finished Part 1 and it surprised me! Basically it was saying the story was at an end . . . and I am only 19 hours into a 29 hour audiobook!
I have enjoyed the book so far - it is pretty funny for the most part and well written to keep me entertained even in its epic-ness!

Time again for another second chance poll. Every book that came in second place, as well as the two books that tied for second in our last second chance poll, are in the running this month.
It's time to find the best of the second best! ;)

Lately it seems like a lot of new books condemn groups of people outright - seems the nature of humanity at this point (which is unfortunate). I enjoy when the complexities of people are explored to show the good and the bad and it is left more to the reader to form an opinion.

I am so glad to find such a treasure on one of our lists. There have been many great ones, but also many "meh" ones . . .

Though March is gone, I know the discussions live forever. :-)"Exactly! Discuss away until forever! :)
I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Finally, my review!
As I said, I loved it!

Sorry for the late Big Read Poll this month - I have been on Spring Break and off the grid for the past 9 days or so.

Happy voting and happy reading!

I listened to the whole thing in one sitting while on the road coming back from vacation this past weekend. I will be giving it 5 stars - it was excellent!

Hey! Look! I finally wrote a review!
Took me long enough, didn't it!?

Trying to decide audio or digital - both are available to me. At this point, with everything else I have lined up, I feel like I am more likely to read it if I listen to it!

The discussion carries on in perpetuity so take your time! :)

Well - darn it - I keep doing this. I realized I sent out that most recent poll for March and I already had one for March because I made the same mistake and did one for February and already had one for February . . .
So, the poll you are voting in now is for April - and hopefully I will remember to not do another poll in mid-March!
Can you tell my life is kind of chaotic right now!?

Yeah . . . I am still trying to find some reading time for this. Stupid work and chores!

Anyone started yet? I have a Kindle copy from my library, but working on finishing some other books before I start.
