Nice to see Wool here. I read it on march, plus the 2 sequels. I was not always happy with the story pace but Howey has built something impressive with Silo, so it was really interesting to discover it. I'll read Sand on week 37, its world is intriguing too.
We'll read The Road & The Night Circus the same weeks :)

Ah a Maze Runner buddy, we'll see if you'll succeed to escape from the maze :D
You have so pretty nice stories on your list, you'll have fun reading them :)

For the #4, we decided it's the year before week 4 so you'll have plenty books from 2014 to read ^^

Alexandra > I'm a book collector too but only for children books (the ones with the pictures). I use the Kindle app, they have one for computer too. It synchronises books between the devices, so you are always at the right page :) I suppose some other apps do the same.
An ebook reader is useful when you read a lot :)

Saara > I absolutely don't know what you're talking about with the computer time vortex! Oh wait, didn't I started to read a book 2h ago? Ahem.
Alexandra > ebooks are most of the time cheaper than books and there are sales, so maybe it could fit better on your budget? :)

Maybe
The Princess Bride? Some people here watched the movie and will read the book, so they can help you decide if it's a book for you :)

Oh, it's easy to read one book per week, you just have to stop: sleeping, showering and eating :D Of course, having a social life, going on the internet and watching TV is forbidden too :p
Maybe you can try multi-checking (one book for several "weeks")? :)

Did you try with Goodreads? I think the dates are accurate, but depending on the country, etc, they can change. There are some great books published in 1986 :)

Ok, I'll put Number the Stars in my reading list ^^
Haha, it was the hard Harry Potter part, I think many readers were disappointed a lot because of this. After, I spent half the books thinking "who will die, I don't want him/her to die".

I'll read it for the "number in the title" week :)

Wow, this would be a difficult challenge :D
Children books can easily fulfill something like this but I suppose it's near impossible with adult books.

Stunning cover :D You choose one with a cover you find beautiful or appealing or anything which can drive you to read the summary when you're in a book shop (or in Goodreads).
Here's my choice:
Handmade cover (I'm not fan of photo covers and I like when the author/editor have some nice tastes), biohazard details (= this is a dystopia, I want to read it), Stephen King quote at the bottom (= it seems interesting) :D

The book looks promising, I'll follow the discussion! It helped me to find my cover book with the Goodreads "readers also enjoyed", so thank you :D

It's like black/white, love/hate, etc. So words with opposed meanings :)

I will read it for the "book which made you cry". Never read it and didn't see the movie, but the story seems sad, so I'm expecting to cry :D

Yey, Dexter 1 :)
I enjoyed the books 1 and 2 but was disappointed with the 3rd so I stopped reading the serie.
I see lots of To kill a mockingbird in the lists, I hope you'll all enjoy it, it was a great book for me :)

Now we know why somebody threw them all in the Maze: they were too much annoying :D
I saw the book (reprint for the movie) in a shop today, the cover was soooo lovely. I wasn't sure it was the right book as the french title is only "The Maze" (the summary started with "Thomas", end of the question).
Don't choose this one for its cover, dooooon't :D

How is Number the Stars? I totally liked what Lowry did with all the Giver books, so I'm curious about this one :)
I read lots of Anne Rice's books (the vampire stories), but didn't take The Mummy road. I'll follow you #30 thread if you keep this book ^^

Welcome everybody!
I hope the new goodreaders and the older ones will appreciate this challenging adventure :)
Thanks to Jessica who is working hard to give a friendly touch to the group :)

I was taking the road "a book that intimidates me" like Michelle, but I went to the book store for the "based entirely on its cover" book and ended up looking at
Bird Box. It's a dystopia were people had to close their eyes if they go to the frightening outside. Seems enough scary and, well, it's a dystopia, who am I to resist? :p
(obviously I need another book for the cover one... tsss)
Next challenge: antonyms in the title.
