121177 I have no idea how Ender's Game ends, but now I am going to want to get there to find out!

121177 We are in Myrtle Beach and I am reading Ender's Game while I am looking out at the ocean view. So far I really like it because it reminds me of my son. He would like to read this too I think. For a family book, I am reading Found (the missing) by Haddox, to the children.

What did you think about Cell? I read it a while back and r..."

It reminded me of a shorter version of the Stand. With the zombie craze right now I think more people would like it. In the end, I did want more answers though. I still liked it, but it's not on my best book ever list.

121177 I just finished Cell by Stephen King. One more book and I am caught up with where I should be on the reading challenge!

121177 Today I finished the first book int The Shadow Children series. My son really wanted us to read it. I thought it was thought provoking for his age range (eleven). I sinister ZOO by James Patterson and now am reading CELL by Stephen King. The first one was about animals attacking people & the second one is people attacking people after hearing so thing subliminal on cell phones. Kind of similar which was a coincidence.
I NEED to finish Outlander this week because it is late and also we are getting ready for a vacation. I might be living in my car the next few days since I still have 10 discs to go!

Yep, and they are fabulous. Definitely not kid friendly (big surprise, I know), but the artwork is fantastic. I thin..."

Thanks for the info!

121177 This week I started Zoo by James Patterson. A couple of quick reads help me keep up with the challenge.

I have to add books on CD also so I can keep up with the challenge. I'm glad they count,

121177 Do we know April's challenge yet? Is it graphic novels? Will Walking Dead count if I read an entire season or two?

121177 Thanks Katie! I already have Ender's Game, but haven't read it yet so I think I will start there!

121177 Anyone have any good science fiction to recommend?
Right now I am finishing The Power of Six and still loving the CD Outlander. Since I came down w/ a stomach virus I am behind on reading.

121177 Angela,
Have you read any Halelan Corben? He is fast paced & sucks me in. Quick read.

121177 I just read The Elite by Kiera Cass. It took one day. It's book two. Book one was The Selection & was recommended by the library staff on FB. At the same time, I am 3/4 finished with The Power of Six. I might need to sleep in since I read until 1:00 A.M. Lol

121177 I am on track with the reading challenge. Finished Fifty Shades Freed. It was okay, but definitely not great writing. (Inner goddess drove me nuts). I am loving Outlander on CD! Reading The Prince from the author of The Selection. I need to check to see if it's over 100 pages though. Happy reading!

121177 I want to be in my car all of the time now that I have the Putlander CD. My gas Bill is going to be high because I am sitting in my driveway so I can listen to it longer when I get home. Lol.
We just booked a trip to Disney in the future so of I read the books like Unofficial Disney Guide (I read them cover to cover) will that count as a book?

121177 Whew! I finished the Pride & Prejudice CD. It was okay, but all that civility was just irritating to me. It was a nice love story, but it won't be on my retread list. I love a lot of classics, but this one wasn't my cup of tea. Now I have started to listen to Outlander on CD & it is much better for me than reading it. Love the narrator's voice & accent.

121177 I finished theOdd Thomas book & picked up Fifty Shades Freed. I wasn't so into this trilogy & finished the other two books over a year ago. In the car, I have about 20 minutes left of Pride & Prejudice & then on to Outlander!

121177 Liz, thanks for returning Outlander! I picked it up yesterday.
