Also, I think you can decide amongst yourselves which version to read. Unfortunately, I can't edit the opening post to show both.
You might even decide to go with both and have people read whichever they have time for. We did that with
A Brief History of Time awhile back because there were so many versions.

It's great to see how much interest there is in this title! (I'm going to have to look into it now that you've all got me so curious.)
Is anyone who has committed to reading willing to lead the discussion? You don't need to do much... Just monitor the thread and maybe throw in a question once in a while.

P&P is always a popular favorite. Is anyone interested in leading the discussion?

Anyone who enjoyed
Gone Girl will probably like this as well. I've read both already but will tap in from time to time just to see how it's going. Is anyone interested in leading the discussion?

I've read enough now to know that
The Silver Linings Playbook can count for both sports and psychology. It's a little creepy how these guys worship the Eagles with their rituals, chanting, and human sacrifice.

The sport should be featured somehow. So a romance with a figure skater or a murder at the Olympics or the characters could spend a lot of time watching football (which is the case with Silver Linings Playbook) or taking their kids to little league games. Or the biography of an athlete.
Probably not something like Pride and Prejudice just because they ride horses.
Ultimately, it's your mini-challenge, so use your best judgement. Try to find something that works for you and maybe pushes your comfort zone a little.

Good for you, Marina! I'm seriously impressed. Yes, by all means, do this challenge as many times as you can. I'll be cheering for you!

Very green! :) Looks interesting, too. It's one I've never heard of. You'll have to let us know what you think when you're finished.

Nice! Is the series worth recommending?

Hahaha! Huge stretch, but what the heck!

Thanks. I think I'll take you up on that. :)

I started this last night. It's not what I expected. I'm having trouble figuring out the main character. I can tell that he suffers with some debilitating personality distress, but I can't figure out what it is. Deep depression stemming from betrayal/breakup? Or a chemical imbalance that precipitated the end of his marriage?

P. S. The TBR Challenge can play with any other challenge, since it's purpose was to help people read the books they already own.

Renee's March Madness-DONE!
The Silver Linings Playbook has both sports and psychology. Lots of both. It's a bit exhausting.

Great! I'm trying to find something fun to use for this one, too.

Excellent, Sam! I really need to get cracking on this challenge.

Sounds like a really interesting book! Good luck on your Physics test.
