That sounds perfect, Tina. I tried to make it so people could continue with wherever they were in a given series and still participate.

I've been wanting to read Perfume for a while now. Hope you enjoy it!

Moriarty and Voldemort are both vile villains!
The Final Question is famous enough to count for this mini. The Professor isn't actually mentioned in very many of the stories. There's a reference in the novel, The Valley of Fear, but it felt like backfill after Moriarty took the public's curiosity. Later, there was speculation as to his having been behind lots of the schemers.... anonymously, of course. ;-)

Hmm. I hadn't thought of those things you've mentioned as series, Veronique. I think of them more as "collections." As usual, I'm going to say, "Use your best judgement." You're already taking on a challenge with the Barsetshire novels.

Don't forget your Shakespeare!

How is everyone doing with the Decade Challenge?

Don't for get this Non-Fiction Challenge as you plan this month's reads.

Don't beat yourself up, Holly. You've been quite busy at University, which is to be expected. Thank you for the new batch. Can't wait to see them!

Pandaemonium does look interesting, Holly. Can't wait to hear what you think of it.

Really glad to hear that the mini-challenges are serving you well, Jenny. As book lovers, most of us have similar stashes. I know I do.
I think I've been avoiding the squirrels pretty well this year, but I'm still not finishing as many books as I expected to. I suspect it's because I've been reading things with large page counts, so perhaps the volume is the same as last year.
Hmm. No, that's not entirely honest. If I think about it, I've been moderating two groups and that has been time consuming. Lol. Yes, Renee, writing about books and reading them are two different things! So, yeah, squirrels.

Lol! I completely misunderstood! Then, yay, you have a wonderful new series to enjoy! That's just as good!

Marina-
I just bought The Body Keeps the Score. Glad to see you've recommended it so highly!

So glad you enjoyed your reread. Favorite books are so comforting. :)

Done! I went with A Wind in the Door by Madeline L'Engle. It was fun revisiting the world of Meg Murray and Calvin O'Keefe, where I spent several months of my reading hours as a child. Good stuff!

That's really up to you, your reading habits, and what is most motivating for you. You can up your goal at any time. If you like feeling "ahead," then you can wait until you're closer to completion, then bump it up a bit.
I set my personal goal quite high, based on what I completed last year, and now I'm "behind" every month and it's a little depressing.

You might consider a humorous memoir. Erma Bombeck or David Sedaris. P. G. Wodehouse is always fun.

Glad to have you join us, Ladies!
