So I've been super excited for the new Alex Craft book, Grave Visions, to come out in July. I've been dying for it, really. Just went to check on the release date...aaaand it's been pushed back to next March.
Why.
Why do they do this to me?

You know I'm reading book 3, so it's kind of like I'm joining you. I have a hard time reading a series straight through when the author changes characters. But I do enjoy the series. And I like to have them for my book slumps.

Oh yes, the series definitely does not disappoint. I wish there were more like it.

I completely agree with you, it would be heartbreaking to live in a world without printed books."Great gif hahaha.
We've talked about this. I also do both. And if I love a book I buy for nook and know I'm going to want to re-read it multiple times, I'll make sure I get a printed copy of it at some point. And like we've said before, reading is an expensive hobby! lol. Books are pricey. I don't even want to know what I've spent on them, and I don't want to know how much more it would have been if the hundreds of books on my nook were in print instead.
Sheesh.
Now, if someone wants to fund my library, and maybe also carry all my books around...I'd love to have a hardcover copy of everything I love.

today. I am only about 20 pages in, and I've already laughed out loud several times. Writing seems sharp..."Enjoy it! You will love these characters!

Okay. Loved it. I just can't get enough of these characters. I laughed out loud multiple times. I cried. I rolled my eyes lol. I want to be best friends with Charley. And hang out with her people every day.

Almost done and can I just say I absolutely LOVE Angel so much. And all the other characters for that matter. How does Darynda do it? It's book 6 and the series is still amazing and I'm not anywhere near ready for it to end.

Rosemary and Rue is on indefinite hold for me right now. It's reassuring to know that you picked it up again and you're enjoying it. It has been sitting on my nightstand since I tried to start it during my Alex Craft book hangover.
That one was intense.

That happens to me all the time. Then I google. It's always really stressful when you can't figure out what it came from.

My B&N didn't get the new Charley book on Tuesday. What...the f man.
OR.
Anytime you want to start a new series, the book store always has all the other books...except for the first one.

Nope, gonna read it in the car tomorrow on the way up to Yosemite (: if I finish before you, I'll spoil it for you.

It's incredibly funny in sex scenes!"OMG it is HILARIOUS in sex scenes. There are some books where I waste so much time trying to figure out what the hell is going on with these people. And how did that even get there.

I agree. It wasn't really typical UF either. It was a nice change. And a great story. I'm glad everyone else seems to be enjoying it.

Okay, I just finished it. And I agree with Kim's assessment. Definitely four stars. Solid read. Beautifully written, beautiful story, and I'll definitely look for her next ghost stories book.
For it to have been a five, it would have had to have been on my mind every second that I was away from it. Yanno, everywhere I go, I'm dying to get back to the book. Or it's haunting my dreams. That makes a book five stars for me.

Mine is rachelburiedinabook. It's all books, though it's been sort of neglected lately due to stress and what not.

I agree with Kim! Hahahaha that seriously made my day.

I'm almost done. I've really enjoyed it thus far. It wasn't what I expected it to be, and I've actually found that to be quite pleasant. And it's kind of beautiful. So. Yeah. I'll update my assessment when I actually finish it.

Bad news, guys. I've been affiliated with the Secret Tea Police for quite some time. It's game over for you, Nick.

True! I'm pretty sure it's on my TBR. Probably soon. I've been in a book slump lately.

I haven't read Good Omens yet but YES Anansi Boys and Neverwhere are also faves. And The Ocean at the End of the Lane. And Stardust. He's amazing.
