I just got granted that one today so I can read it with you whenever!

I started today. I got the audio version and it doesn't have any chapters listed so i will just have to go by %. I am at 19%. (view spoiler)[ So far we are really just getting introduced to the characters and getting hints at their secrets.
I loved hearing about Frankie and how she loves books and how she taught some prisoners to read when she was prison librarian. I wonder what is going on with her.
Patience cleaned a toilet with a toothbrush?!? Gross. I mean I know the guy was being an ass but that is still over the line.
The parts with Cleo and Edith interested me as I am at the age where my parents are starting to go downhill health-wise so I think a lot about elder care right now. (hide spoiler)]
I am looking forward to finding out more about everything!

I have read Daisy Darker and I liked that one.

I finished and this had been one of my fav thrillers this year. (view spoiler)[ The way the book was structured was so good for making me not want to put it down! Jewell does such a great job just making the whole story feel off/wrong. I still wonder if Brooke was killed by Josie or Roxy. I keep going over and over the different versions and wondering which is true! That is what makes it a 5 star read! (hide spoiler)]

I am mad that I can't just sit all day and read this! But I have a ton to do for back to school - my prep week is next week. I have to go do some errands so I'll be switching to my audiobooks for a minute but dang I want to finish this one!

I am at 20% (view spoiler)[Jewell is doing a great job dropping hints of wrongness everywhere! What on earth is going on with Josie's at-home daughter? I understand not wanting to venture into your teenager's/young adult's room but why does she have to eat blended food? The school secretary mentioned that Erin had her arm broken when she was in school and maybe it was Roxy?
And I know that Josie said right away that her husband was older but a 45 year old with a 15 year old? That's not ok.
I love the Netflix tidbits that get dropped into the story - so we know there is some killing gonna happen at some point (hide spoiler)]
