110415 Brilliant, thanks Lee! I've never seen the adaptation of Oh Whistle and I'll come to You, My Lad so am looking forward to checking that out later :) Also I love The Woman in Black and still haven't gotten round to watching the scary tv version which is meant to be loads creepier than the film with Harry Potter in it, so will be watching that soon too!

BTW is anyone going to watch the Mark Gattiss adaptation of The Tractate Middoth over Christmas? Another MR James story, looks like it might be quite good!
110415 Lol the above website should come with a health warning for your tbr list!

I'm not at work till 5 today so quickly trying to do some baking for Christmas - problem is I started with making some pate and it's really too early for chicken livers! yuck :( At least it's out of the way now, on to the fun stuff!

110415 Another one I want to get to but haven't yet!

@ Hilary - I enjoyed Duncton Wood, loved Bracken and Rebecca, and that little monk type mole but you're right, Mandrake and Rune were kind of scary!
@ Joy and Lee - I really enjoyed Cold Comfort Farm but wasn't the funniest book ever by a long shot - just mildly amusing ;)
