You Are Obsolete ★Strives to be a modern day, technology-driven version of Village of the Damned but fails miserably.
Daphne Byrne ★★★
A 19th century Rosemary's Baby combined with a possession story.
100 Ways Your Two-Year-Old Can Hurt You ★★A bunch of observations made about one's life before and after children that you've already come up with yourself.
Stranger Things: The Bully ★
Utter crap with poor art. There's absolutely no new story here at all.
Fangs ★★
Dad jokes about a vampire and werewolf that fall in love.

I like Angry Robot a lot too. I'm starting Bystander 27 from them tomorrow.
Jessica wrote: "Hi I’m Jessica! I joined NetGalley and edelweiss about a month ago so I’m still figuring stuff out but have started getting approved for books. I read all genres but mainly fiction. My favorite gen..."Welcome Jessica! EW definitely has a learning curve to it, but I've found NG pretty straight forward to use.
I rarely pay attention to who publishes what but there are definitely publishers who approve my stuff only on EW and not NG or vice versa. It's very odd.
Donna wrote: "Ack! I gave you the wrong name. I had forgotten that I use my married name on Edelweiss, so I show up as Donna Kawakubo. Apologies!"No worries. I sent you a friend request.
LEWSER!: More Doonesbury in the Time of Trump ★★★★Trudeau's still just as funny as he was 30 years ago.
Donna wrote: "I'm Donna Davis (just like here.) I have no friends so far. I'm not there often but would like more friends anyway."I looked and couldn't find you on EW. It could just be me though. EW's interface confounds me at times.
Tales from Harrow County, Vol. 1: Death's Choir ★★★It's 10 years later, Bernice is all grown up and now the main character. Naomi Franquiz's art isn't as good as Tyler Crook, but it is similar.
Lon Chaney Speaks ★★★Lon Chaney lived a very private life so Dorian extrapolates in some places and recaps his movies to fill this out.
Addams' Apple: The New York Cartoons of Charles Addams ★★★★
A subtle, oft-kilter look at New York City through the eyes of Charles Addams.
Mason Mooney: Paranormal Investigator ★★★
A decent children's book about a self-centered, down on his luck, kid paranormal investigator who helps a young girl whose sister is being haunted.
Stranger Things: Into the Fire ★★★
It was smart to spin off this story about other kids that escaped from Brennan's clutches, but this is kind of slow paced.
PamG wrote: "I finished a thriller: The Extinction Agenda
by Michael Laurence. I have book 2 from NetGalley so I bought and read book..."Sorry, you had to buy the first one. The publisher sent me both ebooks.
The Gamesmaster: Almost Famous in the Geek '80s ★★★Flint Dulle writes about his time in the 80's working on G.I. Joe, Transformers, Dungeons and Dragons, and others.
Irena: Book Two: Children of the Ghetto ★★★★Book two in the story of Irena Sendler and how she saved over 2,500 Jewish children imprisoned in the Warsaw Ghetto during World War II.
Rock Heaven (Saturday and Sunday, #1) ★★★An amusing tale of two lizards on an existential quest.
The Mask of a Thousand Tears ★★
Great art. Uninteresting story.
Strange Skies Over East Berlin ★★An oddly boring book about an alien captured by the Stasi in cold war East Germany.
Wolf Under Fire ★★I don't think paranormal romance is for me. I'll stick to urban fantasy. I had no idea there was such a difference.
