You had me at urban fantasy.
Summer Spirit ★★A preteen hangs out with her cousins and a ghost for the summer.
Stig & Tilde #3: The Losers Club ★★
A lesser Lord of the Flies type story with poor, rudimentary art.
Primer ★★★★★
A fun kid's book with DC's newest superhero.
Cuphead Volume 1: Comic Capers & Curios ★★★
So, yeah, they turned this video game into an old-timey comic.
Dragon Age: Blue Wraith ★★
This should have been much better than it actually was. It's a cool world and characters but poor storytelling and art.
Raiders ★★
A nihilistic and brutal Dungeons & Dragons derivative of Head Lopper.

Archive the April and May Chit-Chat threads?
Set up the What's on your July TBR thread?
Thanks."
All taken care of Pam. :)
Turns out reading while donating platelets is a great way to catch up on your reading. Read half my book today.
The Last Odyssey (Sigma Force, #15) ★★★★If you've never read Sigma Force, it's kind of a cross between Indiana Jones and James Bond. In this one they retrace the Odysseus's steps from Homer's The Odyssey to find Tartarus.

Welcome Geoff! It sounds you and I like a lot of the same things.
Streamliner Vo. 1: Bye Bye Lisa Dora ★★★★★A story about racing hot rods in the desert.
Milo's World Book 3: The Cloud Girl ★★★
A cross between Studio Ghibli and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Wonder Woman: Tempest Tossed ★★★★
A YA version of Wonder Woman that explores modern social issues like refugees, immigration, food insecurity, and human trafficking.
Klaw Vol.3: The Cycle Renewed ★★★A confusing story about multiple groups with animal totem powers fending off one another.
Nick wrote: "Hi, I'm Nick. I recently signed up to netgalley and just received my first ARC. I'm still getting a feel for how it works and if I'll continue on with it. Honestly, I'm just trying to spend less mo..."Hi Nick! Welcome aboard.
PamG wrote: "I haven't been requesting any ARCs this month since I have several to read plus a couple from authors and I won 2 books in a GR Giveaway. However, this morning I received a widget from St. Martin's..."Ooh! I love Jonathan Maberry. I'm going to have to look for this now.
Bix ★★★An almost wordless biography of Bix Bierderbecke, an influential jazz musician, told almost completely through Scott Chantler's emotive art.
Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead: Typhoon ★★★★A new novel set in China where a billion people are now zombies.
Seeking the Truth (Through Lya's Eyes, Vol.1) ★★★★Story of a young lady seeking the hit and run driver who left her in a wheel chair.
Bonnie wrote: "I'm lucky enough to have a used book store in my area that has somehow survived the internet and the pandemic, and is still in business. I picked this book up there."I think most used book stores still kicking around don't care too much about making money and just do it because they enjoy it.
