[close] This is a group that is reading some of the classics that maybe we should have read but we got so turned off by "classics" we had to read in high school that we turned away from all the rest. Now is their chance to shine CURRENTLY READING: UPCOMING GROUP READ: THE CANTERBURY TALES BY CHAUCER

[close] A place to read and discuss different editions of Alice in Wonderland and books inspired by Lewis Carrol's works. (Originally the Children's Classics Club).

[close] Hello, if you have not read a single classic-even children's classics-in your life before but badly want to, then come join me on my new journey. Reading a book is always more fun if we have companions to discuss it with and that is the sole purpose of this group. We'll start from scratch and slowly work our way upwards. But remember, we are not doing this to brag about it or to put an end to the classics shaming we face. We're doing this because we really want to. Because we'll never know whether we like classics or not unless we try reading them. Let's explore. Happy reading :)
