[close] There's a new drug going around, that's all the rage. They call it Magic, and it's been coming into the city in strains with all kinds of different names. They say it's the new crack, cocaine, heroin all in one. They say it makes you feel light and happy. There's a war going on for control of the distribution, between Blood and Bone. The war is raging strong, and you're caught in the middle of it.

[close] An attractive circle of fans of the written word and the effects of alcohol. A book will be selected monthly and at the end of said month we will meet at an agreed upon place and time to drink and talk about how much we loved/hated/didn't read the chosen book. Also, we will drink. (don't worry if you don't live in Portland! On-line discussions and being prodded into reading can be enjoyed everywhere.)
