Love mysteries and love the theme week. Thanks!

I'm DYING to read this book, but being a weirdo I insist on reading Agatha Christie's books chronologically. Can't wait to eventually get to this one, though it may be a few years away.

I read this last year and as far as I could tell it was a stand alone book. I don't believe there is anything needed to read before hand but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I just finished reading Sometimes I Lie and Murder at the Vicarage with The Mysterious Affair at Styles as my current book. If you're a fan of podcasts or audiobooks, along with true crimes, I would also highly recommend West Cork. I thoroughly enjoyed the way the story unfolded and the amount of information that was presented from interviews.
In fact, I would love suggestions for more true crimes.

I don't think it's everyone's cup of tea, but it has thriller, mystery, suspense,a bit of horror and some erotica

Between Shades of Grey is amazing even though the book is so sad and depressing. It has little spurts of just these sweet and loving moments but when you think of just how far Lina and all the ones around her have come is heartbreaking. Just imagining what these innocent people have experienced is so sad and yet they always look on the brighter side of their struggles.
Unlike Ruta’s last book, Salt to the Sea, the book is fully written from the perspective of Lina and her visions of what’s going on around her. It brings light to such a dark, and not very well known, side of the war.
It works your mind and makes you think about the events for hours after you read them. I have come to fall in love with these books because it helps me to always see the deeper meaning and the deeper stories within people’s pasts.
I would definitely recommend this book, and Salt to the Sea. These are both great booksBetween Shades of GrayBetween Shades of Gray and obviously should be read together. Ruta Sepetys has now become one of my favorite authors and I don’t plan on stopping at just these two books.

Then I plan to read

And I have to start reading an advance copy of a thriller for a review I'm doing. I forget the title at the moment but it is set in North Korea.

Hahaha! Exactly the same here!

Just started the most recent of the HH books. I'll be sad when this one is over and I have to move on to something else.

Something that isn't fantasy driven or anything liberal being shoved down our throats.
I love mysteries and thrillers! Thanks Goodreads!
This week I am reading "Let Me Lie" by Clare Mackintosh AND
"Before the Storm" by Leslie Tentler as part of Mystery/Thriller Week.
