Gee, for those writers out there willing to sell their souls…Marvel has a deal for you.

Basically, they want to own everything you’ve ever written (I assume the non-contracted stuff) and everything you may yet write (for a time period).  But they don’t just want the first look option…they also get the last refusal option.  To my understanding that means even if you get a better deal elsewhere, they can still own you.

So Chains comes out soon. In just a little over a month.  I hate trying to think up clever ways to get the word out about a book online.  I do have one idea in mind that’s a little different that I’m doing this time, and nope, not sharing…not yet.  But I’m also looking for more ways.

As the great Shakira once sang: my hips don’t lie. I love food. I love the way a good meal smells, the way it looks, the way it tastes. I actually get a little thrill when I’m confronted with perfectly seasoned vegetables, a piece of meat so tender it melts off the bone or a slice of moist cake just the right degree of sweetness.
