On the road again!

As many of you probably have figured out by now, I've been on the go a lot this year. We just got back from a blissful two weeks on the southwest Irish coast. Waterfalls! Wildflowers! Pubs! We hiked miles and miles and miles and loved every minute. We got home Sunday night, and I'm still a bit jet-lagged...I got up at 4 AM looking for coffee. ;-)
Now I'm looking forward to going on the road again from June 24 to July 5. I'll be making stops in the Chicago and Milwaukee area, New Orleans...

Every year the event gets better and better, in large part due to the fantastic volunteers! I have a photo of our "core" volunteers, but this in no way covers all the people who help in so many ways. Each year I try to do what I call a "benefit" anthology - a collection of novella-length stories from myself and a variety of other authors. I call them "benefit" anthologies because the advance, as well as author and agent proceeds, go directly to a local charity.
