Conferences and Deadlines and Pizza...

As both Jayne and Susan mentioned, we're all just back from the RWA conference in Orlando. I don't know what it is about conferences, but I always come back totally exhausted and somewhat rattled--it's like my thoughts don't want to get their act together. For instance, tonight I made pizza for dinner. I'm currently out of town and, not being a phone techie or a laptop user, I have no way of checking the internet while I'm gone. So this is just a quickie to let you all know about a reissue of one of my older books that's now available.

Jayne is back from RWA

Just got back from the annual national conference of Romance Writers of America and I'm still wired! There was so much energy in the atmosphere and it wasn't all coming from the other writers and attendees this year. The conference was held at the Swan & Dolphin Hotel at Disney World. We shared the resort with families from all over the nation and around the world who had come to experience Disney World. I heard over half a dozen languages in the lobby of the hotel. It was so much fun...

Hello, everyone! Is summer flying by for any of you, or is it just me? I can't believe it's almost August. I enjoyed meeting so many people when I was on the road and I'm very grateful for the warm welcome I received everywhere I went, and for all the great comments about THE WHISPER.
It's good to be home, though...but I do think often about our June trip to Ireland and Irish waterfalls. :-)

June 8th to the 11th, I was in Denver for ROMCON - a fantastic reader event that turned out to be loads of fun! The view from my room was phenomenal! I'd wake in the morning to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was enough to keep me peering out the window.
