Businesses who don’t give a shit about their customers!

As this year wraps up, and my blogging year comes to an end, I am stressed up the wahzoo!

This year has been one of those years that shit just seemed to happen every god damn week. As I’ve been saying, Mercury isn’t in retrograde, it ate Mars, shoved itself up Uranus and then shit great big mars bars on me.

It started back in April, with my local phone store causing grief that lasted a month. Then mum’s bank, Social Security, Aus Post lost a dress, my hosting company left my websites down for a week and so I changed and then I had issues with them too. Throw in doctor’s appointments for mum and me, my arsehole brother not paying mum back, my sisters not having anything to do with us, having to deal with all of this shit on my own, it has stressed me beyond belief.

I’m constantly exhausted trying to get everything done, between my stuff, the business, mum, other shit, I don’t sleep well, have bad health and am heading for a breakdown as I mentioned last week.

But does anyone give a fuck?

No!

If only companies bothered to listen to their customers and then try and help them achieve what they’re after, none of this would have happened.

Nope, it seems like businesses are just out for themselves and don’t give a fuck about the rest of us.

I not only need to get away from my family, but the job of caring for my mother. How the hell I’m going to do that, I don’t know, but I will not have good health and peace and quiet until I do. and until I do, I will be stressed out and having to deal with arsehole companies like I have all year.

I sure as hell hope 2018 is better, but then if the last twenty years are anything to go buy, it won’t be.

I need a damn holiday!

It’s Time To Give My Health and 2017 a Kick Up The Arse!

My health has sucked badly this year, and most years, but definitely since late 2015 when mum got sick.

I guess in part it’s my fault. I took on business stuff that piled on, and then when mum got sick, it all went to shit and doubled the stress I had. I managed to get through it by planning and scheduling, and still am, through all of my own health issues.

While hair falls out on an average of 700 strands a day, it regenerates quickly. My hair has not. As of mid 2016 it started falling out, and in the last year has thinned by over 50%.

My menstrual cycle once worked well, as of September 2016 it stopped. And after seeing a gyno in April, having tried different pills, seen a second gyno, had a pelvic ultrasound, got told I had a fibroid in my uterus, then got told I the fibroid was ON my uterus and so not the cause of my freaked out cycle. During that consultation, I found out I had a gallstone which my doctor failed to tell me.

Earlier in the year I had my eyes checked and was told I could do with glasses, even though my eyes were fine, for reading it would help. Pft!

In September I was told I had osteoarthritis in multiple fingers in my hands.

Fuck that shit!

I also had a jaw that decided to pop out and wreak havoc on my face.

The only good thing…I lost weight and then packed half of it on over winter, but have been able to get that off too.

Here we are November, nothing has been solved, nothing has been fixed. I’m stressed up the wahzoo, can’t sleep due to a blocked nose that cannot be fixed, and am over being used as a slave and maid.

I’m done with it. I’m over it. One of us needs to die or somehow I need to get the fuck out of here. I cannot keep living my life like this. Going without everything a normal person gets to have in their life like a house, a partner, kids, a life etc, etc, etc.

But no one wants to help, no one will give me the time of day, the money, the support. I don’t have enough to pack up and move. I have no car, no physical support, no nothing.

I am literally, fucked up with wahzoo, and I’m over it. I have no idea how to change it and that’s the problem. I know what to do, but I don’t know how to do it. Because without money, a car or support, I can’t do anything and that fucking sucks.

I need a holiday. A nice long holiday on a tropical beach in Queensland where I can sit under a palm tree and tell the world to fuck off until I’m ready to deal with it again.

But that ain’t gonna happen either.

2017 has been nothing but fucking shit, and I really, really hope 2018 is better.

What I’ve Achieved This Year

JDS - WHAT I'VE ACHIEVED THIS YEAR

With only a few blog posts to go before the end of the year I wanted to look back on what I’ve achieved this year before I get into the messy bullshit of the next two posts.

So far, this year under my name of Tiara King

– 1 – I released the six book series, Poems Of A Musical Flavour, from March in e-book format. The paperbacks have been mostly done and need tweaking, and along with the omnibus edition in e-book and paperback, will hopefully be out March 2018.

– 2 – I released two e-books in paperback, How To Be A Jewel Diva and Closet Confidential in May. I have decided to add to them in 2018 and will re-release under my own imprint.

– 3 – So yes, as I just said, I set up my own imprint for my books. I bought various business names and domain names and came up with a publishing house name. Two months later I changed it, and now I own a publishing house and will release all of my books under it and will talk about it more next year.

(2) Under the name T.K. Wrathbone

 – 1 – I released a paperback in March called Two Bone: Anthology 2 which is 2016’s stories in paperback.

– 2 – I wrote three stories, typed them up, edited, assessed, and put them out along with an anthology. Thank God I had already done the e-covers. All four were released late in the year.

– 3 – I’m currently getting the paperback version done myself, and will be out in March 2018.

(3) Under the name L.J. Diva

– 1 – I released the fourth Porn Star Brothers novella, Retribution, in March, the omnibus (4 books) e-book was released in September as was the e-book of the next novel, Forever, which I typed up, had edited, assessed, and a cover done for release.

– 3 – I got book #3 in the series typed up and it’s being edited this month and is due for release in March 2018.

– 4 – I did the websites for the book series, plus an author one purely for books and they are live. www.pornstarbrothers.com and ljdiva.com

– 5 – I got family and business trees for the book series made up. The Stephanopoulos family tree is huge and keeps growing with every book, along with the business tree. I also have character lists and a family/book timeline typed up but that is an ongoing process. All are up on the Porn Star Brothers site now along with other goodies.

************************************************

I did all of this while taking mum for multiple doctors appointments, myself to multiple doctor’s appointments, dealing with shitty businesses, shitty people, shitty health issues, a shitty lifestyle and being generally stressed out. But I deal with all of that in the next two blog posts.

Am I an overachiever? I forced myself, I drove myself to do it. I had a drive, a need to get all of this done, but sadly, many things I wanted to do got pushed to the back and may never come to the front. The Porn Star Brothers books series is on going, and will take up more time yet, until 2020 at least. There are two novels and multiple book series  waiting patiently to get out of my head  and more Wrathbones that need to be done, so I have no idea how I’m going to do it all. Or when. Guess I’ll figure that out while I’m on holiday and after all of the business stuff is done for the year. Plus there’s my yearly audit to get through…

New jewels at the end of the year

I haven’t bought a lot of jewellery this year, not like other years. Mainly due to other expenses, like releasing books.

These top pieces I only recently got from Lovisa for $10 for 5 pieces. I plan on using the bead and tassel earrings for charms at some stage. I haven’t made jewellery for three years due to mum being sick and books taking over.

The ring, above, I bought early in the year for $3.40 from an op shop. It was still in good condition and would have originally come from Lovisa or Colette. The necklace came a few months ago and you would have already seen it in outfit photos. I got it off eBay for $29.60 and is quite big.

I don’t buy a lot of jewellery, as I stated above. I find stores are getting more expensive, not having as many sales, and not putting what I want on sale. I’d rather spend $2-$10 on jewellery in store than $30 plus. It’s a bit different for eBay. You know that you’ll never get that piece anywhere else, certainly not in a chain store, so the price can be a bit higher.

Gotta have a budget these days and can’t spend willy-nilly like I used to.

New Clothes. Yes! I’ve bought black again!!!

After the massive wardrobe overhaul of christmas/new year 2014/15, I had decided to never buy black again. And for the most part (except for two tops I had been after in 2014) I’ve stuck to it.

But when I saw this top, I had to have it.

I mean seriously, who can pass up glitter and sparkle…

And black is so much better than white, which they also had, a white version with silver print. But no, black for me as it doesn’t get dirty. And besides, who doesn’t want a top with their name on it…

And it was only $19 on sale, down from $50…

Glitter people!
