Kipper Card Dream

Several weeks ago, I had a nighttime dream about a beautiful crystal and received a message upon awakening to write a blog about crystal quotes. I thought of a couple of interpretations for the dream that might have worked, yet they didn’t feel right.

For some dreams’ meanings, time and occurrences reveal the correct interpretations, especially with precognitive dreams!

Kipper Card Dream

Here’s my dream:

A young lady gave me a gigantic crystal that was on a necklace and a long earring that I wore in my right ear. I had to take off the crystal necklace because it was too heavy and hurt my neck. When I put it on a bookshelf, I saw how gorgeous it was! Then I debated if I should remove my earring as I prefer shorter earrings.

Now I bet you are wondering how this dream relates to Kipper cards!

Time and Occurrences

There were small occurrences over a couple weeks that led me to understand the meaning of my dream and how it was a precognitive dream.

Here are three examples:

On my to-do list is to create another deck. A few days after this dream, I thought to myself how I would like to create another deck with thirty-six cards, but not another Lenormand deck. The following day, I received a newsletter from Lozzy’s Lenormand and went to her website. I felt guided to one of her pages about different oracle cards. The Kipper cards stood out. This led me to become curious about Kipper with its thirty-six cards and so I had to research it. There isn’t a ton of information about this style of reading. But what I found intrigued me. I spent a lot of time reading blogs and watching videos. The deck I bought was Mystical Kipper.

During this research, it suddenly clicked and became obvious to me what my dream was about.

Dream Interpretation for the Mystical Soul Kickstarter Banner Click to Learn MoreInterpretation for Kipper Card Dream

Before I go into the interpretation, there are two Kipper card experts who have written a book and created decks. Toni Puhle, The Card Geek, teaches the traditional Kipper method. While Aleandre Musruck’s teachings are less traditional. This can cause differences in the Kipper community.

This is my interpretation:

The young lady who gave me the beautiful, heavy crystal could represent Toni or traditional Kipper readers. Their method is beautiful, although for me it could weigh me down, as shown in the necklace being too heavy. Plus, it would interfere with my communication style since it was hurting my neck (where the throat chakra is located). Perhaps I find their methods to be a pain in the neck?

I need to put these methods aside and do some research (this is the meaning of putting the crystal necklace on the bookshelf). It’s important for me to notice the beauty and wisdom of Kipper while using what works best for me, hence seeing the beauty in the crystal.

There are two meanings for the earring. The first represents my clairaudience (clear hearing) and traditional Kipper logic (since the earring was in my right ear, which the left logical brain controls). So it’s important for me to listen to my own messages over the Kipper logic.

My second meaning is because of my preference for shorter earrings. For Lenormand spreads, I favor shorter spreads over longer ones. I bet I’ll feel the same way with Kipper spreads.

Using the Dream’s Wisdom

Okay, now that I understand the wise messages, it’s time to implement this information in my life. As stated before, research is a must.

It’s important to understand the basics of Kipper cards. However, to listen to what’s right for me while using my psychic abilities to figure out what methods to study and read the cards.

This research helped me to decide to buy each of the Kipper expert’s books, and I’ll take the information and techniques that work for me.

Oh, I’m thinking about creating a Kipper deck since it has thirty-six cards.

Final Thoughts

My intention wasn’t to offend any Kipper readers with this interpretation. Please read them in the style that’s right for you. The important thing is to enjoy the cards!

Dream Meanings for Vampires

A student was kind enough to let me use her dream for this dream meanings for vampires’ blog. Her dreams are recurring and hopefully will stop now that I interpreted them for her. However, she needs to do the follow-up work to prevent these dreams from returning.

The Dream Meanings for Vampires

We were both in agreement about our dislike for vampires. This helped to determine her dreams were not environment dreams, since she didn’t read or watch anything to do with vampires. If she was watching movies or reading books about a vampire or two, it could steep in her nighttime dreams.

Her dreams were also recurring and were about:

Vampires were chasing her. She was terrified they would catch up to her.

When we have dreams of being chased, it can mean we don’t want to deal with something or someone. Although the meaning changes if they intend us harm. Learn more about chasing dreams here.

Student’s Last Dream

The latest one she had was:

The vampires caught up to me. I was afraid they were going to bite my neck. So I told them, “Just kill me because I don’t want to be like you.” Before they could kill me, I woke up.

Dream Meanings for Vampires

Here are three interpretations for her dream:

There are draining people who are sucking the life out of her.People are trying to change her into their beliefs or society’s way of thinking. She is surrounded by unsafe people.

Everyone has been around people who have drained them, were unsafe, or tried to change them. It’s a part of life to teach us to become who we are.

The Positive of Her Dream

My student standing up for herself is a HUGE achievement! The fact she would rather die than become one of them is showing how she’s becoming herself! Her homework is to focus on who she is, not what others want her to be.

Final Thoughts on Dream Meanings for Vampires

Her last dream is a great example of how our nighttime dreams are messages for our personal and spiritual growth. Then we take our nighttime wisdom and apply it to our personal/spiritual growth. May you take my student’s dream’s wise message to always be you!

Bride Wore Jeans to Her Wedding

What! The bride wore jeans to her wedding? That’s right, it was my wedding and at sixty-one years old I’ll wear what I want. But let’s go back on my long, long journey to becoming a wife.

I’m writing this post for single women who feel they will never meet the right one. You will, as there’s someone for everyone. However, it might not be in the timing you think it should be. Lionel Richie sang it best, “Love will find a way.”

You might feel frustrated about having to wait for your life mate; however, it’s better than being with the wrong one. The following quote from my book Insights for Singles for Singles: Steps to Find Everlasting Love is what I hope you strive for:

Pamela Cummins author quoteDecades Before Bride Wore JeansBefore Self-Growth

At twenty-seven, I was a raging co-dependent who had gotten out of a bad, dysfunctional relationship. Someone told me of a phenomenal psychic in Hackettstown, so I waited in a long line. Finally, it was my turn. I wanted to know who Mr. Right was. Her response was, “He was in the military.” My mind reeled, and I asked when I would meet him. It was so disappointing to hear she had no more to tell me.

Self-Growth Path

Life got better when I began my personal and spiritual growth path. Just because I am psychic doesn’t mean it’s easy to read for myself. My wants and desires can get in the way. Nighttime dreams can give me clearer guidance. Hence the reason that I’ll occasionally go to someone for a reading. These are from two readings.

In my early 30s, a male psychic told me I would blow it if I met him then. While in my late 30s, a female psychic told me my wedding would be lovely.Visions of My Wedding

A big wedding with an expensive gown was never my style. Someone doing my hair and makeup was never fun for me. I’ve always disliked makeup. Instead, I saw myself without makeup and wearing a new age, hippy dress made of gauze with embroidery and sequence.

When my niece, Cynthia, was a young child, she would have been my flower girl. Then I had fantasies of my cat, Merlin, being walked down the aisle before I did. Cynthia grew up and Merlin passed.

I could never choose my wedding song because it was between three. Here are the three songs, which I linked back to YouTube in case you don’t know them.

Just the Two of Us sung by Grover Washing Jr.Leather and Lace that is sung by Stevie Nicks and Don HenleyAin’t Nobody sung by Chaka Khan Insights for Singles by author Pamela Cummins Mr. Right

Two of the psychics were right because I met my life mate, Chris, who is a retired military service member. If I had met him in my 30s, I would have blown it. Although he would have blown it, too.

We have been together for a long time. In another state, we would have a common law marriage, but not in North Carolina, USA. It didn’t bother me because I knew our relationship was better than most marriages. So, what if the female psychic who told me I have a lovely wedding was wrong?

My Own Psychic Message

Recently, out of the blue, my angel told me I was getting married. Wow, this was unexpected. To make a long story short, my angel was right!

You’re Going to Wear What?Bride Wore Jeans to Her Wedding 1

We both agreed to a casual ceremony performed at the magistrate’s office. I was describing my wedding to my sister and dad at lunch one day. My sister wasn’t happy about the idea of me wearing jeans for my wedding.

My response was, “Do you know how your local newspaper describes a wedding with the bride wore sequins on her gown? Mine would be the bride wore bling, bling on her jeans.”

Other friends responded in a similar fashion. A business associate told me to have fun shopping for my dress. I don’t know her well, so I kept quiet.

Opinions always vary when it comes to weddings! It’s up to the couple to plan their special day.

Bride Wore Jeans to Her Wedding

Most brides have their wedding party help them dress. I was alone as I changed into my wedding outfit, so I played the Going to the Chapel song on my phone, but sang it as going to the courthouse. Then I played my three wedding songs, which ended the moment I finished dressing.

Here is a picture of the bride wearing bling, bling on her jeans pocket with wet hair.

Bling, bling Jeans

Four family members went with us to the magistrate’s office. It was a brief ceremony.

Then we went to Red Lobster and got a large, private table in the corner. The food was yummy and our waitress served us with Southern hospitality. They didn’t mind my sister brought a cake from the bakery while letting us use their plates and silver. Red Lobster’s coffee was great. We spent three hours there.

The female psychic was right, it was a lovely wedding!

In Wedding Conclusion

When you find the right one, please have your wedding your way. Wear what you want. Don’t do something to please others. Be fancy or be casual, and most importantly, be you.

Cats on Substack

Did you know I write about my five cats on Substack? I did a blog here about Life with Four Cats back in July 2023. We have since adopted a fifth cat. So many cats, and so many stories to write about.

Why I Choose to Write About Cats on Substack

Are you like me and love to write? When we write, it helps to get thoughts out of our heads, release our emotions, and use our creativity. Substack is all about writing. Here are three reasons I chose Substack.

Newsletter

Mailerlite was going to start charging me each month for using their services after years of being on their free plan. I understand why they were doing this, and Mailerlite is a great service. However, it wasn’t worth it for me to pay for it. Why? For the following two reasons:

A small percentage of folks would subscribe to get a gift package then unsubscribe. Or rarely open the newsletter.I only send out one newsletter a month and an occasional special update.

Substack was the right newsletter option for me. It costs nothing, which will save me $10.00 or more a month. There are lots of people on the platform, so I can get subscribers who have never visited this website. People can read my past Ponderings from Pamela’s newsletter on Substack to determine if it’s worth subscribing.

Substack doesn’t have the option to give subscribers something free in exchange for their email. Now the public doesn’t have to give me their email address and they can just download my freebies from my gift package page. If they choose to, they can subscribe to my newsletter, column, or blog. Thus, my subscribers truly want to hear from me.

Devoting More Time to Writing

One of my goals is to spend more time on my writing. My business is all about teaching people and accelerating their personal and spiritual growth. The written word can reach more people than a single session. It is easier for people to read at their convenience instead of waiting for a specific time. This is why my email services for dream interpretation and psychic readings are more popular than my one-on-one sessions. And I really enjoy and love doing the email services.

Substack also has the option to write articles or columns. Besides the newsletter, my writing focus will be on the weekly column Attitude of Cattitude and Purr Forecast about our five cats on Substack.

Of course, I’ll continue to write for this blog and my once a month article/newsletter on LinkedIn. Maybe I’ll start book number nine, too.

Make Money

What many authors and writers like about Substack is they can earn money for their writing. They can choose how much to charge for their writing and Substack only takes 10%. And there are no ads on the platform.

This beats what others pay. For example:

Some places only pay $5.00 to $10.00 for a 500 word article.Big publishers pay their authors 5 to 15% unless they’re famous.Indie authors can receive 35% to 70%, and 85% at Smashwords.Kindle Unlimited pays less than half a cent for each page read.

Writers and authors definitely work hard for their money!

Final Thoughts on Cats on Substack

Are you wondering what I charge for Attitude of Cattitude? You can just subscribe for free. Or keep the column going and also receive weekly Purr Forecast. In my forecast, I use cat oracle, tarot, or Lenormand cards and my psychic abilities. In addition, I inform subscribers of three weekly holidays, usually from a cat’s perspective. The cost is $5.00 a month ($1.25 a week) or $50.00 for a year. You get lots of purrs for your money!

My cats are sending purrs to anyone who contributes to keep them fed and helps with their other cat supplies. They couldn’t care less about the cost of the vet bill.

You can subscribe below.

What is Lucid Dreaming?

Would you like to know what is lucid dreaming is? It’s not my specialty and I invited the lovely Sheila Balgobin to give her expert insights on this topic. Enjoy!

What are Lucid Dreams, and Why Would I Want One?

Have you ever been in the middle of a dream and realized you were, in fact, dreaming? This is called lucid dreaming, and simply put, lucid dreaming occurs when someone finds themselves conscious (or “lucid”) within a dream. Sometimes, this awareness actually allows them to feel in control of their own dreams.

Lucid dreams can be opportunities to access creativity, practice certain skills, work on emotional issues, and so much more. It’s even been shown to help treat nightmares, because if you can become lucid during a nightmare, it becomes possible to change the content in a way that feels more empowering right from within the dream itself.

Lucid dreams can happen naturally, but there are a handful of ways you can make them more likely.

Tips and Techniques for Lucid DreamingReality Check

Get in the habit of asking yourself whether you’re dreaming throughout the day, or even try to put a finger through your own palm, or launch yourself into flight, Ellis suggests.

Get Enough Sleep

Of course, in order to achieve lucid dreaming, you have to reach REM sleep. So, one of the most basic things you can do is to make sure you’re getting an adequate amount of sleep. Avoid alcohol and other substances before bed that can inhibit dreams, keep your sleep schedule consistent, and so on.

The Power of Suggestion

Clear your mind, relax, and repeat one of the following statements to yourself until you start to believe it:

Tonight in my dreams, I will realize I am dreaming and become consciously aware.Tonight in my dreams, when I see something strange, I will realize I am dreaming and become consciously aware.Dream Journaling

One way to get better at dream recall is to keep a dream journal, in which you record everything from your dreams that you can remember upon waking up.

Recurring Themes/Characters in Your Dreams

Do you have a recurring dream character or theme that’s always showing up? If so, you can use it as a trigger to become lucid in your sleep.

Take Naps

As naps are typically lighter sleep than what we experience at night, they can help promote lucidity. As you’re falling asleep, try to keep your mind awake and present to the dream world as you start to enter REM sleep.

The bottom line about Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming is an undoubtedly fascinating, and for many, eye-opening, experience. While there are some who would do best to avoid it, if you’re at peace with your life, you should be fine to give the practice a go by setting the right intentions. Happy dreaming!
