Derek Holland Named Managing Director of Tattered Cover - Publishers Weekly

They will keep their name and employees.
Today Panzer made a quick trip to the Publishers Weekly site. There with a little digging in the posts our adventuresome kitty boy found one about Tattered Cover bookstore chain.
 According to Ed Nawotka's post, Derek Holland was named by Barnes and Noble Managing Director of the bookstore chain. Barnes and Noble recently acquired the Tattered Cover chain.
 Panzer says, "That was fast. Barnes and Noble just acquired them."

I don't understand why humans do what they do.
Panzer made a stop at the Publishing Perspectives site today. There our inquisitive kitty found a post about Wattpad.
 Porter Anderson's post covers the disruption of service of the Wattpad platform in Turkiye.  The post is divided into sections covering a Turkish court order and the backlash to the order from various organizations.
 Panzer says, "The court banned Wattpad? Why?"
