Loving Care and Lavender Baths

I gave our sweet girl the most relaxing bath a few nights ago. She’s been a bit emotional and inconsolable lately and I thought this might help. I added a few drops of lavender essential oil to the diffuser and ran warm bath water. Then I let her add a few lavender petals to the water. She thought it was a game and she enjoyed it. And she calmed down. She was all giggles and smiles and didn’t want to get out of the water.

Of course, I enjoyed it too. Watching our sweet girl experience the be...

3 Reasons to Get a Square Credit Card Reader Today

Have you ever been in a conversation with someone and after sharing what you do and offer, they ask you how do they sign up or get what you’re selling? I have. And there’s nothing worse than telling them to go to this website or call me later or visit my office.

Why do I believe there’s nothing worse than this? Because the momentum is gone. Your personal interaction excited them and they were ready to get whatever you were giving. So why not be ready, anytime, anyplace?

It’s why I ordered a S...

Live Your Passion Essential Oil

I could think of no better oil to start off the new year than Live Your Passion!

I was first introduced to this Oil by my colleague who went to the 2016 International Grand Convention. As soon as I smelled it, I knew it belonged in my collection.

It combines Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, Orange, Nutmeg, Lime, Idaho Blue Spruce, Northern Lights Black Spruce, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, and Peppermint essential oils and was created to evoke feelings of empowerment, clarity, and inspiration to help...

Protect Your Intellectual Property with Small Business Bodyguard

Along the way I learned to be skeptical about everyone. Work with someone online?! No way!

The problem was I’d heard all of the horror stories.

They stole my ebook verbatim, put a new cover on it and are selling more copies than I am. The web designer didn’t finish my site even though I paid up front. They’re using my pictures without giving me credit, a back link or ever asking for permission. The developer won’t give me access to my own website without me paying them more money to make eve...

Living Up to My Full Potential

Living Up To My Full Potential | Tracie Braylock

I’m not living up to my full potential was the title of her post. A fellow entrepreneur was transparently sharing her truth about not pursuing her writing career.

She described how she has been successful in many areas of her life and career, yet, she knew she simply hadn’t put forth any effort towards writing, her true desire.

Her post resonated with me. I’ve learned how to occupy my time and accomplish seemingly meaningful goals. Yet, writing. Dear writing. It sits there day after day beck...

Keep Believing and Doing the Work

Achieving greatness requires a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication. You may have to wake up earlier than everyone you know and stay up after everyone has gone to sleep. You may have to skip events, turn off the tv and limit your time in all other endeavors.

But in the end, the work that you put in and the sacrifices that you make will be worth it. Your craft, your purpose, your dreams are worth pursuing, worth focusing on, worth fighting for.

And let me be clear. Some days, you’ll w...

It’s Small Business Saturday

It's Small Business Saturday | Tracie Braylock

Rise. Pray. Work. Repeat. This summarizes my wonderful life. Whether I’m writing books, creating course content or designing something special, each day includes waking up, praying continuously and working hard.

And it’s nothing short of a blessing. To work online and simultaneously care for our children is a gift that I don’t take for granted. I get to teach, share, nurture and love from my home each and everyday because of your love and support of small business and I appreciate that.

Than...
