Through His Eyes

Live It!
Ijust completed something from my “Live It” list! And I’m so excited about it.
There are things that we all want to accomplish in our lives and many times fear prevents us from following through. I want to be sure that when I’m 109 & am reflecting upon my life, I can honestly say, I did it all. I completed every dream I ever had (imperfectly) but I got it done. When Rest is Required

It’s been a very exciting year. Our oldest son started preschool, my husband started grad school & we’re expecting a new baby. I took a big break from working day in and day out simply because I’ve been tired. In order to best serve my family, keep my sanity & enjoy every day life, I needed to give myself permission to work smarter, not harder.
I’ve taken many classes, learned a great deal about entrepreneurship, and nurtured myself in the process.

She has been the center of lots of motherhood controversy because of how she desires to care for her child. Raspberries
Raspberries are packed with vitamin C, beta-carotene and folate. Raspberries help regulate metabolism and the antioxidant power includes an anti-inflammatory compound called ellagic acid which is known to be cancer protective.

Banana Apple Smoothie Recipe
I whipped this Banana Apple Smoothie up for dinner. Here’s the recipe:
1/2 cup of bananas
1 medium apple (core & peel)
1/3 cup of low fat yogurt
1/3 cup of low fat milk or almond milk
6 ice cubes
Dash of cinnamon
Blend ingredients until large pieces are well blended. Then puree for several seconds & enjoy!

How often do you stop to think about what you’re thinking about? As you subconsciously think and process everyday life, are you listening to your biggest critic or your biggest supporter?
