Sometimes, just wishing isn’t enough. Sometimes, you have to stare at your career options wondering if it’s worth it to pursue a degree in Creative Writing, whether or not you’ll be able to make a living with that, or settle with giving priority to something like law school, or medicine, or… anything more profitable.

So, I just finished reading The Start of Me and You, by Emery Lord literally a few minutes ago. And while it doesn’t compare to the sensation of finishing the Lumatere Chronicles. No, I’ll never get over that one. No 5 steps of denial there. Just one long anguish.

But, let’s not get sidetracked. The Start of Me and You.

A Writer’s Tales Turns One Year

Exactly 1 year ago, the hosting account for A Writer’s Tales was created. I didn’t have much idea of I was doing back then. Neither do I now. But I’d like to think this has been an awesome year in a lot of ways. I’ve come a long way from that first blog post when I was sure no one would ever read this thing. And I’m very happy.
