There’s also a fantastic excerpt for you. But be aware! The Storm Is Coming…

EXCERPT:
Hope’s
Grove was small. Everyone knew about her parents, and she was already dreading
facing them since the news of her dad’s affair had hit. But facing them without
her brother and her best friend would be her worst nightmare.
After
the girls had said their goodbyes and she’d watched her friend’s taillights
fade down the drive, Ella Jane scuffed her boots along the winding dirt road
that led her home.
She
was about halfway there, watching the sun sink low in the evening sky, when the
unmistakable rumble of a pickup truck came barreling down the road behind her.
She stepped aside to let it pass without looking back. But it didn’t pass. It
slowed practically to a stop right next her.
She
turned, wondering what the heck the driver’s deal was. There was more than
enough room for him to go around. But the smiling face beneath the backwards
trucker hat sent the words on the tip of her tongue swirling away with the dust
the truck had riled up.
She
bit her lip and grinned. Warm brown eyes gleamed in her direction. “Hey there,
Ellie May. Need a ride?”
She
rolled her eyes. Why Brantley Cooper couldn’t call her by her actual name was
beyond her. But as long as he was talking to her, she really didn’t care much
what he called her. He can call me ‘flower’ if he wants to.
He was a year older than her and a year younger
than her older brother, Kyle. Smack in the middle of their ages and grades in
school and usually smack in the middle of their arguments. Coop kept the peace.
Balanced them out perfectly.
The three of them had met at the same time as kids
but Coop and Kyle had become like brothers instantly. She’d always tagged along
wherever they went. Kyle had whined about it when they were younger but Coop
always made her feel welcome. He held doors open for her so she didn’t get left
behind, made sure to invite her despite her brother’s protests, and lately he’d
even stopped by and hung out even when Kyle wasn’t home. And this year, she’d
be a junior and Coop would be a senior. With her big brother away at college,
she couldn’t help but fantasize about what might happen if she and Coop spent
time together alone.
“Hey,
Coop. Lynlee just left so I was just…” She glanced toward home. Kyle wasn’t
back from football camp yet, and her mom was baking herself to death, trying to
keep her mind off of everything.
“Yeah,
I heard the Wicked Witch was moving west. You up for some fishing? I have to
drop my bike off at the house but we could swing by the lake after.”
She
should get home. She knew she should. Should order a pizza and convince her mom
to take it easy for a night. Except…it was Coop. And in all her sixteen years,
he was the one boy she’d never been able to say no to.
“Yeah.
Yeah I’m up for it.”

ABOUT STORM WARNING (Book 1 in the Broken Heartland Series):
Sometimes you don’t see the storm coming until it’s
too late…
Severe Storm Warning Tip #1:
Be alert to changing weather conditions. Look for approaching storms.
Severe Storm Warning Tip #2:
If you see approaching storms or any of the danger signs, be prepared to take
shelter immediately.
Severe Storm Warning Tip #3:
They may strike quickly, with little or no warning.
Situated just outside of Oklahoma City, Calumet County is divided into two
drastically different communities: Hope’s Grove and Summit Bluffs. One is the
small backward town where dirt roads lead the way to field parties and railroad
tracks. And the other, a sprawling suburb where paved drives lead to the
landscaped lawns of the wealthy and privileged.
For five teenagers smack in the middle of Tornado Alley, summer is heating up
fast. The winds of change are blurring the invisible line that divides the rich
and the rural.
One has a secret.
One has a crush.
One has been lying.
One will get caught.
And one might not make it out alive.
They’re from two different worlds…but one summer is about to change everything.

About C. Quinn and E. Lee:
Whether you believe in
destiny, divine intervention, or just plain ol’ dumb luck, several
things happened in 2013 that caused E. Lee and C. Quinn’s
paths to cross. It may have been that the stars aligned perfectly,
or the fact anytime Luke Bryan was mentioned on a social media site both
of them were tagged, or maybe it was just that their small town roots and
country girl attitudes were magnetically drawn together—calling out to one
another, “Y’all should write a book!” Despite geography keeping them apart—Lee
in Illinois and Quinn in Alabama—they did. Thanks to three-hour phone calls,
ridiculous amounts of online chats, and umpteen Google Docs—Storm Warning is
the first book in their edgy new Young Adult series, Broken Heartland.

Casey’s Thoughts
I have been patiently waiting… well, maybe not. I’ve been dying to get Meant for Me! Take Me Now pulled me in and took me for a ride that I didn’t’ want to get off. Meant for Me did the exact same thing!
Ivy and Eric’s story continues. They are expecting a little one, but there are a lot of close calls. Not like the typical baby issues. It’s more like the bitch from book one just can’t get enough! I mean, Lauren is a conniving, heartless, bitch. (That’s me being nice about it.)
Ivy is working with Will on the screenplay, but what they don’t realize is how their life is about to change when Lauren walks back into the picture and holds all of the cards.
Ivy is one tough cookie. Not only has she come from nothing, but she has tried her best to make something of herself. She has met the one person that makes her whole. What she doesn’t factor in is Will making her fly to LA, Lauren rearing her ugly head, and the chance that her baby could be in danger.
Will is still Will. Arrogant, pulls Ivy along, and looks out for himself. He does however shock us all in more than one. In fact, I kinda grew to like him in this one.
Eric, oh Eric. There’s nothing like a hard working’ man supporting his lady. He still carries some baggage, and that baggage and thoughts are what caused me to scream, “Nooooooooooooo!” Please don’t let your mind think like a guy, scared of what ifs, and the future you can’t predict. Don’t make Ivy choose; just don’t!
There are several characters that will leave you speechless with what is really going on with them. The ending had me wanting to knock some sense into Ivy. I wanted to beg for her not to do it!
On a different note, my favorite character is Wanda, the nurse. She keeps it real for Ivy and Eric. She calls it like she see’s it. I felt like her character is a minor roll, but has the biggest impact of all!
So, if you have read Take Me Now, what are you waiting for? 1-click Meant For Me like yesterday! (Oh, wait it wasn’t live then!) I can’t wait for Hold Me Tight! I have got to have more of Ivy, Eric, and everyone else along on this ride!

BOOK 1 In the series – Destroying the wrong
Alissa Sullivan has got it made — a supportive, loving family, a cause she believes in, and her new boyfriend. With her best friend Kat at her side, she was counting the days until the end of high school when they could go away to college together. Then she met Scott, a man who wouldn’t touch her but would turn her life upside-down.
Katherine Horne is perfectly content being in the background. All she wants is to graduate and get out of the town she’s grown to loathe. She’d do anything to avoid confrontation but when she finds herself in increasingly humiliating situations, she realizes some things can’t be ignored. Especially when it comes to bullying.
With their carefully planned futures unraveling, Kat and Alissa will come to realize the bond of their friendship will be tested… and might not make it through intact.

Cade’s POV
Seeing Daria last night had more of an effect on me than I thought it would. I never thought I’d run into her there, though. She looked skinny and sad. I wonder if she’s going to be at this baby shower today. She didn’t act like anyone knew she was in town yet.
I really wish my heart would just let me move on. But something about her… I just can’t. I want to hold her; I want to protect her, but she just won’t let me in.
The day after we were attacked, I found out she’d had a breakdown. They’d moved her to a mental facility at the hospital. I wanted to see her. I wanted to talk to her, to tell her I still loved her. By the time I got released myself, however, she was gone. I know Anna texted her on occasion, but no one actually knew where she was. It was as if she’d dropped off the face of the earth.

“Piper, you can stay in there because you know as well as I do nothing is going to
happen.” She looks at me like whatever.
About that time Cash opens the truck door and climbs in. We make our way to campus,
up the stoop, and into Kluft. I am exhausted and need a shower to recoup before Hank’s
tonight. As we reach the top step, I can hear Caroline, Tori, Georgia, Jenny, Anna, and
Cassie in hall. They are singing to “Thrift Shop”blaring over the radio and dancing like
fools in the hallway.
Cash glances at me, “Oh lawd, what have I got myself into?” I just shrug my shoulders
and pull him down the hall. All the girls take their turn putting moves on him, and of
course, Anna has something to say. “Hey, Cowboy, I ain’t ever rode a cowboy before.”
With a wink Cash answers back, “Sorry, Sweetheart, but I ain’t a cowboy. I’m a
homegrown country boy that only has eyes for one little lady,” as he stares into my blue
eyes.

Daria’s POV
By the time we reach the apartment, I know Cade is about to blow, so I stop. I tuck him back in his boxer briefs and smile. Once he stops the car, he’s out and around by the time I’m stepping out. He picks me up and throws me over his shoulder caveman style, running into the apartment. As we make our way through the foyer, he pulls my boots off while I’m still slung over his shoulder. Once we get into the bedroom, he sets me down on my feet. I spin around and grind my hips into his erection.
“Oh, lil girl, you better not start playing these games.”
I work my top over my head, and then I start on the jeans. I bend over in front of him with my best porn star pose, pulling at my ass cheeks. “What games do you mean?”
He smacks me on the ass. “Your little teasing games.” He grabs me from behind, nibbling and biting on my neck. “These are cute. Are they new?”
“Oh, you win the boyfriend award for noticing the new lingerie.”
“What kind of prize do I get?”
“I can come up with a few.” I turn around and face him. “When did you take off your clothes?”
He grins. “You aren’t the only one with stripper skills, baby.”
He flips the clasp on my bra and it comes open. I slide it off my shoulders. He picks me up and tosses me on the bed. I squeal as he settles over me. He kisses me gently, making each one count.

Time for a little love magic! Searching for Someday @Jenniferprobst
Synopsis
Kate has given up on love—at least for herself. She is both blessed and cursed with the ability to sense a romantic connection between two people—a gift that her family passed down for generations. When Kate launches her own matchmaking company, Kinnection, with her two best friends in a cozy New York town, she has to put aside her own romantic disasters to make her business a success.
But when a furious man stalks into her office and accuses her business of being a scam, Kate is given the ultimate challenge to prove herself. Slade puts himself in her hands and asks Kate to find him love. Enraged at his arrogance but stubbornly eager to prove herself, Kate agrees, dedicating herself to the journey of finding him love…only to find herself falling for him along the way
Casey’s Thoughts
From the moment I read the first line, I was hooked on the newest novel by Jennifer Probst. Searching for Someday was my perfect read for Thanksgiving Day. It showed up at my doorstep last week, and I couldn’t wait to read it!
Kate is the mastermind behind Kinnections matchmaking service. Kate and two of her friends have started this business when their college degrees and plans didn’t turn out as they had hoped. In return, the opened a hot new business in a small town. Kate is beautiful in her looks and personality, but there is one problem. She’s not met the one, and feels it’s due to the family curse. She is experienced in all the right areas, but hasn’t gone all the way because the “touch” isn’t there.
Slade is a big city lawyer hoping to make partner. He’s everything you expect in a strong business man and so much more. In fact, he ends up at Kinnections not as a client, but an overprotective brother. He decides that he is going to destroy Kinnections let everyone see what a crock it really is because who believes in love? Spoken from someone who doesn’t deal with HEA ever!…. DIVORCE Lawyer is his career.
Searching for Someday has a twist, heat, humor, electrifying shock, denial, steamy, romance, torture, companionship, love magic, loss of the touch, and explosive chemistry like I’ve never read before! In fact, I laughed my ass off at some of the scenes Kate and Slade found themselves in because they we’re trying so hard to break any rules, fall in love, admit they are perfect for each other, or how opposites totally attract!
I read this book in one day between all the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving. I fell in love with the town, plot, theories, and one character name Robert. He stole my heart, took it for a ride on a scooter, made me fall for his companionship, loyalty, and his need to be loved. This also made Kate seem real to me. Her compassion and need to help Robert survive made me believe in the goodness of people. I also loved how Slade fell right into the typically territorial caveman about Robert before knowing all the details.
If you are looking for a new series, that is real, full of emotions, that will have you laughing, wishing you were a fly on the wall, heartwarming, comical, touching, full of magic, love, and making people believe that love does exist then Searching for Someday is for you!
