There are very few things in the New Adult genre that I can't resist, one of them being a cliche - while most people want something new, fresh and exciting (I want that too!), every so often I like reading books that I've read before, just in a different way. WhI found both characters very endearing, and much like Liam and Allison's story, I was still drawn into More With You. 
Hailey has been crazy about her brother's best friend, Aiden, for as long as she can remember and she has convinced herself that he could never feel the same way. Now that Liam, Alli and Aiden are leaving, Hailey believes her chance with Aiden is long gone and decides to use this chance to get over her feelings for him - but naturally, as in most cases of young love, Aiden has other plans. 
Of course, when Liam finds out that Aiden and Hailey have feelings for each other, he's not shy about expressing his disapproval, yet he's quick to forget that Allison is very much like Aiden's little sister. after some much needed encouragement, and few misunderstandings along the way, Hailey and Aiden realize that the only people who ever stopped them from being together, was themselves.

While I enjoyed Aiden and Hailey's story, I do feel the author could've done more with it, based on the fact that our two main characters are already familiar with each other. Sure, it was a sweet love story, but it needed some more tension, more heat and more we-shouldn't-be-doing-this moments. However, I found both characters very endearing, and much like Liam and Allison's story, I was still drawn into More With You.

Aiden's POV
We both sit quietly for what seems like forever, just watching the girls dance and laugh. “I still can’t believe she’s going to be my wife,” Liam says out of the blue. I laugh. “Yeah, I never thought I would see the day that Liam MacCoy settled down,” I chide him. “Just wait, dude, when you find it, you’ll understand.” I don’t say anything to that, because well…I have a feeling I may have found the one that could get me to change my way of thinking, but I won’t let myself have her. My eyes find Hailey as they always do, and I take in her movements, her laughter. I love to hear her laugh. The next song is a slow one, “Can’t Fight This Feeling” by REO Speedwagon. Liam jumps up and makes his way to Allison, pulling her into his arms. I watch them, wishing it was Hales and me. “Don’t leave me hanging, Emerson,” I hear her say. I look up to find her standing there with her hand held out, waiting for me. I reach out and take her hand, tugging her close. She wraps her hands around my neck and begins running her fingers through my hair. I place my arms around her waist and pull her as tight as I can get her. I glance over her shoulder and see that Liam and Allison are in there own little world. Good, that means there is less of a chance of them witnessing this. I told myself that I would keep my distance, but I can’t. I will never be able to turn her away, tell her no. Hailey brings her arms down and places them around my waist, hugging me close as she rests her head against my chest. I lean down and kiss the top of her head, and try like hell to memorize every minute, every single fucking second, of what it feels like to have her in my arms. This song, fuck me, it’s perfect for us, for me. I sing softly in her ear, hoping she understands what I’m trying to say. The song ends and Hailey slowly lifts her head from my chest. “Thanks for the dance,” she whispers as she leans up and kisses my cheek. I release her from my hold and she stumbles a bit. I would love to think that it’s my effect on her, but I’m pretty sure it’s the alcohol. I reach out and catch her with my arms, helping her regain her balance. “Looks like she’s had enough too,” Liam says as he steps up beside us. “Yeah, I think you’re right.” My voice is thick with emotion. I pray that he doesn’t notice. “I’m taking Allie to bed. Can you make sure Hales gets settled in?” “Sure, man. I’ll see you guys in the morning,” I tell him. Liam scoops Allison up in his arms and carries her into the house. Hailey falls against my chest, losing her balance once again. I wrap my arms around her. I can’t seem to control myself where she’s concerned. “I can’t feel my legs,” she mumbles against my chest. I kiss the top of her head. “I got you, angel,” I say, bending down and scooping her up in my arms. I carry her in the house and set her on the couch. I run back to the door, closing and locking it. I find Hailey where I left her, eyes closed breathing softly. She looks peaceful. I gently pick her up and carry her upstairs. Once I reach her room, I place her down on the bed, careful not to wake her. Her eyes pop open as I am pulling my arms out from underneath of her. My face is so close to hers, all I would have to do is lean in just a little and I could taste those sweet lips. Hailey loops her arms around my neck. “Don’t go,” she whispers.

The first book I read by Cambria Hebert was Text, an exciting and thrilling story about a young woman who was kidnapped while on her morning jog and then rescued by a sexy Marine using her captors cellphone. I don't normally read books that have suspense/action worked into the story line - I'm too much of a hopeless romantic for that - but Text was recommended to me by a friend and after reading it I was grateful for the recommendation. I am now a Cambria Hebert addict with no sign of quitting the addiction. 
Tricks is the story of Tucker Patton, a soon-to-be retired Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, and Charlotte Carter, a prim and proper lawyer in New York City who happens to be dating Tucker's twin, Max. 
Tucker and Charlotte's lives collide head first when Tucker is recruited by the FBI to impersonate his brother in order to find out who killed him and why. The last thing Tucker wants is to be his brother but after realizing just how little he know about his twin, he agrees because he feels he owes it to Max to find the men who killed him and bring him to justice. Tucker knew pretending to be Max would be difficult - they couldn't be more opposite in personality - he wasn't expecting Max to have a girlfriend. 
Charlotte knew something was different about 'Max' - for starters, she'd never been so sexually attracted to him before. She never noticed his rugged features, or just how muscular his body really was. It isn't until she finds a photo of Max and his twin, Tucker, that she realizes that it isn't Max at all, and suddenly she's feeling guilty for lusting after her dead boyfriend's brother. 
It isn't long before Tucker and Charlotte are venturing down a road that will change them forever, and while Charlotte struggles with her guilt and feelings of betrayal, Tucker is faced with protecting not only himself, but Charlotte too - because not only was she his brother's girlfriend, but she was also the woman he (Tucker) loved. 
Cambria Hebert is an amazing storyteller, and while I find it difficult to think her book, Text, can ever be topped, I thoroughly enjoyed Tricks! It was hot in all the right places and had everything necessary to keep a reader on the edge of their seat. Rumor has it Cambria is already working on her next book and I'm already awaiting it's release :)

Chapter 1 - TuckerMy mouth felt like it was packed with cotton. You know that dry but slightly sticky feeling? My tongue moved and it brushed against the roof of my mouth, and the cotton came with it.I grunted and opened my eyes, only to immediately shut them again. I wasn’t ready for morning. Shit, how much did I drink last night? My body was still heavy with sleep, my limbs not wanting to cooperate.One of my arms was flung wide and I pulled it in to rub a hand over my sleepy face, hoping it would wake me up a little more. I knew I needed to get up… I just couldn’t think of the reason.Something shifted beside me and I felt the covers lift and drop. The soft sound of footsteps reached my ears. It wasn’t a something. It was a someone.I went home with someone last night.Opening my eyes again, I glanced to my left in time to see a woman wearing nothing but a pink thong step into the adjoining bathroom and quietly close the door. Well, now I remembered the reason I went home with her.Her ass was luscious.Vague memories of last night filtered through my hazy, beer-soaked memory of skin against skin and a low seductive laugh. SOOOOO…..SE Hall has finally done what NO author has been able to do for me yet. I am still in shock. I just can’t believe it. I really can’t. Seriously at a loss for words. No exaggeration. She has created the absolute, 100%, oh my effing GAWD...perfect book boyfriend! Now I am not saying that many other book boyfriends haven’t come close to perfect because they have. I mean, just look at Rush Finlay (Never too Far), Mark Connelly (Good), Mason Templeton (Metamorphosis), Cage York (While it Lasts), Noah Stewart (Present Perfect), Mason Kade (Fallen Crest High)....I could do this all day. I love them all, I really do, but none of them have it all...up until now.

Sawyer Landon Beckett is THE perfect book boyfriend! He is not missing a single freaking thing. Nothing. Nada. Zip. I swear it is like SE Hall called me up on the phone and said “Michelle...girl, what qualities do I need to include in order for Sawyer to be exactly what you’re looking for?” Ok, she didn’t really call me up but you get where I am going here.She has created the perfect man .I am talking Jake Ryan PERFECT!!

Ok, since I think I have made my point about how perfect Sawyer is, I will get on with my review. Entice picks up with Sawyer still searching for the hot little, can’t dance worth a lick, braid wearing stripper he fell for at Parker’s bachelor party. He has become obsessed with finding her and it is slowly wearing on him. He is still carrying on with his manwhore ways during his search thinking he can f#$@ her out of his mind, but his heart  just isn’t in it anymore. He has just about given up all hope of finding her, when completely out of the blue…

I wish I could say it is all heart, flowers, rainbows and unicorns from this point on but sadly it is not. There is some drama to be had. Sawyer gets caught up in his head a little bit and you will find yourself wanting to kick his ass and hold him at the same time. Poor Emmett doesn’t know what to do with him at this point…

Luckily Sawyer comes around...like there was any doubt he would.

Ok, this is all I can say and not give away anymore secrets. Trust me when I say it is KILLING me to not include all of my other favorite parts but I don’t want to give anything else away :) I want you all to have the pleasure of experiencing the masterpiece that is Entice the way that I did. This is by far my most favorite of all of the Evolve books and that is saying A LOT as I adore them all. Maybe it is because I am married to my very own Sawyer. Maybe it is because Hall’s books just keep getting better and better. Whatever the reason, I am hooked! This woman could write the phone book and I would read it cover to cover. I was immediately drawn to In the Lyrics by the cover alone. I mean, have you seen it?? It is absolutely GORGEOUS! Then I read the synopsis and I thought...country boy...aspiring singer...I could absolutely get into this. And get into it I did!
ITL is the story of Hensley Bradley and Colby Grant...both name which I adore BTW :)

Hensley is a small town girl that aspires to make it big with a singing career. Hensley’s mom is a gifted singer who gave up her dreams when she became pregnant with Hensley. All of her life it has been instilled in her that she needs to let NOTHING stand in the way of making her dreams come true. This especially means boys and falling in love. As a result, Hensley has secluded herself from most people and from any kind of relationship.
Colby is an adorable, sweet, HOT  farm boy who moves to Nashville to go to school and hopefully to also pursue a singing career. He has recently gone through a terrible loss which has pretty much ripped his family apart. His father has turned to alcohol to numb his grief and his mother is caught in the middle of Colby and his dad who are constantly at odds. He moves to Nashville and into an apartment with a total stranger, Dusty. This person also happens to be Hensley’s very best friend.
Hensley and Colby meet and there are sparks right from the start! However, Hensley fights the attraction because she is so scared of falling in love and missing out on her dream. Luckily, she doesn’t fight it for long and the two fall head over heels in love. These two are MFEO...made for each other.

These producers really like what they see and offer Colby a contract. Colby being the great, loyal friend/boyfriend that he is, really tries to push for all three of them to get signed. When the producers say they only want Colby, he declines because he knows he just couldn’t stand to leave Hensley.
“I want to be the person to make her happy and fill her life with sunshine again. But I know all too well that sometimes what we want and what we need are two extremely different things. My aspiring career is why I came here, but she just might be the reason why I stay.”
The producers do not like being turned down and they decide to get even by offering Hensley a contract instead. She immediately says yes without any hesitation. Colby of course is devastated by this news but Hensley convinces him they can make it work.
“We’ll make it work, like Tim and Faith.”
Off Hensley goes to California and shit just goes downhill from here. Hensley is really busy and has no time for Colby. At this point I am about ready to kick Hensley’s ASS!! I am SUPER frustrated with how self centered she is and how she treats Colby. Her poor dad is dying of cancer and she can’t even be bothered to come home and see him! On a whim, Colby flies out there to surprise her and they get in a huge fight and she breaks up with him and sends him home. I am downright pissed at this point! This poor guy has done nothing but love her and she is treating him horribly.
A lot of time passes, Hensley makes it big, and she basically breaks all ties with Dusty and Colby until her father’s death brings her back to town. She sees Colby again and all of those old feelings come rushing back. Colby tries to fight it because he doesn’t want to be hurt the way he was before but these two just can’t deny the chemistry. They belong together...like peas and carrots, like Romeo and Juliet, and like Lady and the Tramp. Thankfully, Hensley realizes what a jerk she has been and gets her act together. Last thing I will say is that there is no cliffy and you will be happy with the ending :) I give In the Lyrics 4 stars!

I had just gotten to town and was going to grab a bite to eat and then call Dusty, but I saw this girl sitting on the street corner.”         “I felt like you were staring holes in my head,” she says softly.         “Truthfully, I was. Anyway, once you started to sing…it was like…ya know when your favorite song comes on the radio and you’re jammin’, listening to every word, your heads bobbin’, and you’re just feeling the music, but then your phone rings and you know it’s a call you can’t miss? There’s a split second where you debate on pressing forward to voicemail so you can finish the song, but you’ve been waiting for this call, so you turn down the radio knowing you’ll miss your favorite part just to answer it. It was like you were my favorite song, and I was forwarding my calls to voicemail. In that moment, I didn’t care who was standing around me. What will Pierce do? "Excuse me?" Pierce growls. My spine stiffens and before things get worse, I lunge forward and kiss Royal. My hands quickly bring his lips to mine. His hands quickly hold my face. I keep it simple because we are at school. His lips are warm and sweet, like rich chocolate. We break apart and I look up at him and smile. "There's my queen." He whispers as he rubs his thumb across my cheekbone. I close my eyes and smile before taking in the scene around me.
Before Trey died I would have never been in this situation. Everyone is looking at us. Pierce's mouth keeps opening and closing like a fish and Annabella looks like she might faint. I notice Channing and Paisley just behind them, but they look way happier then my family. They both wear smiles. "Bout time Bridges." Channing speaks out in his crazy voice. It still makes me want to tighten my legs together. "Are you kidding me right now? Are you serious?" Pierce's face has turned red and I think he might blow. "There's anyone you could have moved on too, but you disgrace Trey's memory with him?" Royal places his hands on my shoulders, always ready to defend me. I stop him when I speak, "Trey would want me to be happy. Royal makes me happy. Our issues have nothing to do with him. You know that." Pierce glares at me. Everything is a battle with him. It seems he's fighting for stuff he has no need for. "If you're going to be with him, then we can't be family." All the blood drains from my face. My knees give out and I lean back against Royal. This is the moment I've been waiting for. The moment where I put Pierce in his place. No longer will I be left out or left behind. It won't even hurt anymore because I won't have to worry about what he thinks. We will be nothing to each other. Only I feel hurt that he would make me choose. But I always care way more then I should.
I regain my footing and take one of Royal's hands in mine. "So be it."
Then I walked away. Hand in hand with the enemy.
