In case you guys missed it, my daughter released her debut novel Awaken this week, and already, readers are sending notes and commenting that she has a “writing style all her own” and brings “the most unique voice” to the young adult dystopian scene. The Fabulous Friday Four: The Perks of Being a Wallflower
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’d know that I’m not a fan of the cold months. I like sunshine, sand, beaches, ocean, etc. However, I do like a good, dramatic snow event, and we got a whole week of snow daysthis past week, and more drama is on the way. I actually got to snowboard this week. I gotta say… I liked the snowboarding WAY more than skiing. Felt more natural or something.
