Stefan WirthFounder of Niche Mates $12,000+ monthly revenueStefan Wirth tweets a screenshot of $97 received for “a fully custom eulogy” 
That from his AI app: EulogyGenerator.com
Stefan is co-founder of an AI product studio called Niche Mates.
According to their homepage, Eulogy Generator earns $2000 per month.
They’ve also built a Maid of Honor Speech Generator that apparently earns $10,000 per month 
Looks like Stefan and his team also build apps for clients.
Pretty cool that they’re earning $12K per month from basically the same product – AI-assisted speech writing – focused on two different niches

Unsexy tech business making roughly $6-7k/mo.
I partnered with a local janitorial company that targets industrial clients with recurring nightly cleaning needs and I make roughly 7% of gross revenue as a recurring weekly payment as long as the client stays on w/o much work.
I help do some client support, SEO, and pay for things like Apollo.AI to reach out to customers but other than that it is pretty hands off…
it is a leads driven business. I have focused on improving SEO in three of their core markets. Any new customer that signs up as a result of my marketing efforts, as long as their base margin is met, I get paid for the lifetime of that account.

I do agree with you. Many other types of “sticky” and “unsexy” businesses out-there that are very easy to rank highly in SEO locally in dense urban environments.

Pretty much all of them are AI based, which hints at where the puck is heading these days.
3 from the list that I particularly like
8. tool finding abandoned AI/saas side projects under $100k ARR. acquirers want cheap assets. charge for deal flow. Could also buy some of these yourself. Build media business around it.
10. marketplace for AI implementation specialists. startups need fast deployment. 20% placement fee.
16. agent converting YouTube tutorials into interactive courses. creators leaving money on table. charge per conversion or split revenue with them.
I had a quick look around and a tool like Monsha could be used for the latter 
Find popular educational YouTubers in a particular niche, see if you can partner with them to turn their most-watched videos or playlists into courses.

1) SoakOregon.com – Simple directory of hot springs in Oregon, earning $400-700/month through display ads and affiliate links.
2) LocalHarvest.org – Directory for farmers’ markets and farms. Revenue unclear but 24,000 monthly visitors. Monetized via SaaS offer (farm management CRM), featured member fees, and a shop selling farm products.
3) TheScareFactor.com – Haunted house directory. Seasonal traffic, spikes to 124,000 visitors in October. Monetized via ads, YouTube, TikTok, and merch. Frey estimates $2-4K just from display ads every October.
4) RoamingHunger.com – Not just a food truck directory. They also do truck sales, catering leads, localized searches. Estimated $14M annual revenue.

His Freemium History App Earns $1000 Per Month

I built explorehere.app to help you learn about the history of the world around you by sending a push notification whenever you pass a new historical marker on your travels!
It’s a freemium app with a pro subscription for advanced features; our revenue is just under $1k/month.
Cool app, been around since 2021.
Can’t help but notice though that it only serves the US market.
I’m thinking a similar app could do even better in other parts of the world, many of which have way more (and better-preserved) historical markers.
You could start by building it for a big city with a rich history, like London.

His 2-Person Business Sold $2.1M on Amazon Last Year
ElijahAmazon Seller $2.1 Million revenue in 1 yearA recent interview on YouTube with an Amazon seller named Elijah…
Story of a great multiple seven figure biz with only one helper…He looks about 30 years old, started selling on Amazon in mid-2020.
And he finished 2024 at “right about $2.1 million in sales”
It’s just him and one employee, though it sounds like they’re working long hours.
Elijah doesn’t say what kind of profit his business is doing, but typical margins with an Amazon FBA business are 10-20%.
So he probably pulled in $300K profit last year
Likely more since they’ve started doing more fulfillment themselves (ie. FBM instead of FBA).
Elijah follows a “replens” model on Amazon, meaning he sources and sells replenishable products – items that sell consistently and can be restocked repeatedly.
Prime example = cosmetics 
You might think it’s too late to start selling on Amazon, that it’s saturated already.
But check out their steady upward revenue growth since 2007 
Meanwhile, only 15% of retail sales happened online in 2024.
