The first two are huge and hard to replicate 
But Spencer also shares two smaller examples that could be run – or at least started – by one person.

Sad and Useless
Mainly curating funny links and memes, big Facebook following, earns an estimated $2100/month from display ads.
Second The Hard Times
Started as a punk rock satire site, later expanded to politics, video games, etc. 2M+ monthly visitors. Spencer estimates $40K+ per month from ads, sponsorships, merch 
I’m thinking there could be a profitable site like this for many a niche.
Maybe start with a Facebook page or Instagram account, share funny stories and memes, eventually drive traffic to a site on the same topic

Anthony and his co-founder came up with their business idea while working at another agency…
[We] were tasked with creating a service that… could be delivered repeatedly to the same target customer…
I started to post on LinkedIn as a way to uncover what type of service offering would resonate.
The market started to pull us towards both positioning and homepage rewrites based on the content we were producing. As we built an audience, people started to reach out to us more frequently for help with their positioning.
So they started their own thing to fill that demand

AI is then used to spot trends, common issues and important discussions to include in each summary.
Gets me thinking: what other busy professionals would listen to an AI-generated podcast that keeps them informed?
I know my GP never has time to keep up with the latest in medical research or technology, so perhaps that’s a niche that could use something like this.
Podcasts are ideal for busy people, can listen to them while doing something else (eg. driving, exercising, cooking, etc.)
Easy enough nowadays to monitor and summarize the latest news in an industry with AI, then turn it into a podcast with NotebookLM

Looks like there are lots of low hanging keywords in this niche.
In the past I would have recommended starting a niche website for this and monetizing with affiliate links.
But affiliate SEO is a much tougher game nowadays 
I could see someone doing well with a YouTube channel dedicated to this niche, or an Instagram account.
Another possibility: a dropshipping store for renter friendly items
