Keyword difficulty: 14/100

Product idea: A curated collection of proven prompts across categories (writing, coding, analysis, art).

Monetization: Premium membership with advanced prompts and sponsored placement for AI tool vendors.

The Keywords Everywhere Chrome extension says that keyword has a search volume of 33K/month.

And Google Trends shows ever-increasing searches for AI prompt.

You could build this out as a directory site and target keywords like…

They go on to show several examples of old grainy video being transformed into HD footage.

Doesn’t look like the tech is generally available yet, but worth keeping an eye on

I expect it will be simple to use, just upload a poor-quality video and let the magic happen.

I Tried Selling a Digital Product For 10 Days… (Real Results)…

His results…

$2979 revenue$1615 expenses (mostly ads)$894 profit

The product he was selling: this vegan cookbook for $20

He didn’t write that book, instead buying it with resell rights (PLR) for $10 here.

To market the book, he downloaded viral vegan TikTok videos, then posted those on his own accounts (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

He also used those videos in ads on TikTok and Pinterest.

~30 hours spent on everything and apparently he would have only made $600 profit if he didn’t already have some experience with Pinterest ads

Worth noting that it’s against Pinterest’s content policy to post other people’s content without permission, even if you give attribution. Probably the same for TikTok and YouTube.

So definitely some questionable elements to this, but lots to learn from it nonetheless

Catskill Crew is a newsletter for The Catskills, a mountainous region in the eastern USA popular for hiking and such.

Michael Kauffman started the newsletter around the end of 2023 and recently tweeted that it earned $52K in January (85% profit).

You can monetize ANY newsletter without ads. Yesterday I did $3,900 in revenue. $1,600 in D2C and $2,300 in B2B.

Also says in the replies there that they have 17.5K subscribers now and sell “board games and discount cards.”

I’d guess he bought it for $30K, but even at $50K he would have doubled his money in a little over 3 months

Tim found the site by searching for keywords on Ahrefs, then reaching out to the owner…

Contacted plenty, only small % respond. Best way to get a good deal though.

You could try this for a niche you’re interested in.

Find an undervalued / under monetized site via keyword research, see if you can buy, improve, and flip within a few months.
