His Humble Agency Earned $132K Last Year From Lithuania

During 2024, the business has generated €126,000 ($132,000) in revenue.
Benas is doing most of the work himself and has an 80% profit margin = €106,000 ($111,000) profit last year 
Nothing sexy about this business, and if anything you’d think there are a ton of SEO agencies out there already, that the market is saturated.
But Benas proves that there’s plenty of room for more players 
Benas started with SEO a decade ago, first by helping a friend with their website.
He found more clients doing cold outreach.
Then 
Things really took off when I joined Upwork, where I found significant success and connected with many more clients, which helped grow my freelancing career.

This is one of the first Reddit Ads I’ve ever seen dozens of positive replies to, and almost all look like legit accounts (two were clearly AI responses).

Clearly a demand for this kind of thing in many different industries and geos.
And you wouldn’t need to know a lot about AI to start something like this.
If you use ChatGPT daily and are familiar with tools like Zapier and Airtable, you could already help a lot of businesses

It’s basically a quick and cheap way to create UGC videos (example here).
Matt Welter launched the app at the end of December and it earned him $10K in 35 days 
I’m thinking you could use that app to create UGC videos for clients.
People are making good money from these types of videos on Fiverr and Upwork
Granted, ReelFarm won’t create such highly-customized UGC videos, so you wouldn’t be able to charge a high price.
This would be more of a quantity over quality play.
But you could still build a thriving business that way
