His Niche Website Earns $7000/Month From Facebook Traffic

Van TranVan TranNiche Site Owner $10,000 monthly revenue

A recent interview…

How Van Tran Uses Facebook and Pinterest to Earn $10K/Month

His website in the fandom niche is monetized with display ads and gets 300k visits per month, mainly via three niche Facebook pages.

Presumably that site alone is earning the bulk of Van’s $10K/month, probably $7000+ 🤑

Keys to his success…

Niche selection: He focused on fandoms like Marvel, Star Wars, and Harry Potter.

Page growth: Built three fan pages with 115K, 45K, and 23K followers.

Content strategy: Used curiosity-driven content such as hidden easter eggs and unsolved stories.

The “sandwiching” method: Posts engaging, non-linked content before and after a link post to keep Facebook’s algorithm happy.

Research sources: Pulled ideas from Reddit, YouTube, and competitor pages using engagement filters.

Goes to show that you can earn good money from Facebook traffic with the right strategy plus persistence 💪

This One Small Shift Helped Him Build a $13K/Month Business

Captain GKCaptain GKAgency Owner $13,000 average monthly revenue

📝 Captain GK writes

I have built real systems, delivered them, and consulted. My best month ever was 30k. Most months are 10 to 15k. Not viral flex money, but real.

Sounds like he’s building out automations for businesses with HighLevel (aff link) 💪

Initially, when talking with prospective clients, he was focused on selling the tech…

I went deep into tech explanations, breaking down GPT prompts, n8n flows, data cleanup steps. I thought people would be impressed. Instead I watched their faces drop. Nods, fake interest, and then silence.

One meeting with a business owner changed everything 👇

In the middle of my explanation he stopped me and asked how much money does this make us. I froze. I had no answer. I knew tools but not value.

Next sales call, he changed it up…

No screen share, no tech talk. I only asked questions. What is slowing you down. Where is the mess… They spoke, I listened, I wrote notes… I asked what that costs them in hours or money. Once they said it out loud, the close was already halfway done.

When I finally pitched, I gave just one clear outcome. Not a presentation, not a list. One result. Example: every new lead gets a reply within a minute. Or your sales team only talks to qualified leads. When they asked how, I told them it runs with a tested GPT setup in the background. Then I went right back to ROI. That small shift changed everything…

Suddenly calls were smooth. Prospects leaned in. They bought. I was not performing anymore, I was diagnosing. That is when I actually started closing.

Remember: people don’t buy tools, they buy outcomes 🤑

👀 Posted on Instagram

Kanoah Cunningham: the 24‑year‑old who left finance to lead a team of eight “clippers,” now pulling in $20K–$30K a month from crafting viral clips for startups, streamers, and brands. In one campaign, they helped a humanoid robot from 1X rack up over 500 million views via TikTok and Reels.

Meanwhile, MrBeast is getting into the clipping game 👇

Clipping has become a huge part of the creator economy, and Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson wants in with his newest business venture Vyro—a video clipping platform that connects editors (known as “clippers”) to creators and brands…

clippers can choose which campaigns to take part in, and upload relevant short-form content across platforms.

She Earned $130,000+ From This One Video

Whitney BondsYouTuber $130,000+ revenue via one video

From Side Hustle Nation 👇

Tutorial-style YouTube content that answers specific “how to” questions can generate income for years after you publish.

Whitney [Bonds] experienced this firsthand with her How to Set Up an LLC video. After seeing a competitor’s 2022 video get 700,000 views, she created an updated version for 2025.

Whitney actually published her video in April 2023, but has updated the title each year since 😎

Her video now has over 200,000 views and has generated more than $30,000 in ad revenue plus over $100,000 in affiliate commissions.

To get started, look for successful videos in your area of expertise that are 1-2 years old. Create updated versions with your own perspective and better information.

Whitney does have a well-established YouTube channel (193K subs) 📈

But this sounds like a reliable strategy for YouTube success for new and old channels alike.

He’s Earning $1500/Month Filming Everyday Things

AdamAdamStock Videographer $1500 average monthly income

💰 Adam shares how he’s making money right now…

Creating stock media videos. I earn $1-2k / month in royalties. I typically just take my camera with me when I’m out of the house or doing everyday things (cooking, working, hobbies, etc.). There are endless number of subjects and niches that barely have any content or could use a fresh take.

Marketplaces he uses 👇

I’m on about a dozen different sites– mostly non-exclusive, so I can have the same content earning everywhere… Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, and Pond5 are ones I’d recommend for new folks.

🤔 Do you need an expensive camera?

You can definitely start out with just your phone. It’s more about what you shoot than camera quality…

I used to do some pro video work years ago but it’s mostly just been a hobby.

What to shoot…

If you check out Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, etc. you can see what folks are buying. Do some test searches and note what is on page 1 of results.

I typically stay away from trending/news related stuff since it’s not likely to continue having that much demand after a while. The exception being if I think I can get something up quicker than most folks.

Evergreen topics are a lot more consistent though.

Quit His Customer Support Job and Now Earning $10K/Month

Mr WaneMr WaneAgency Owner $10,000 monthly revenue

📝 Mr Wane writes

Spent 4 years as GHL (Corporate) CSM, started my own Agency and scaled to $10k MRR.

Judging from his other posts on Reddit, he’s from Bangalore in India 🇮🇳

He was working in customer support for Go High Level (GHL), an all-in-one software that many successful businesses are built on.

Best case scenario, he would have been earning about $2500/mo with that job (probably much less) 😕

Presumably he kept seeing customers using GHL to earn far more.

Then one day asked himself: “Why not me?”

So he quit his job and now earns $10,000/month with his own GHL-based business 🤑

Asked what are the best services to start selling with HighLevel, he replied…

I’d go with two,

1. Reputation management, seen many businesses with terrible reviews and then using GHL they were able to send more reviews requests, follow-up, some able were restrict bad reviews, respond to reviews using Reviews AI. Eventually improving their reputation.

2. Database reactivation using Automation, GHL automation is very powerful. Using it for DBR is a gold.

Prep a Public Domain Launch for January 1, 2026

📝 From an article published Jan 2 this year…

New books, films and music enter the U.S. public domain at the beginning of each year. This year, works debuted in 1929 have joined previously added characters such as “Steamboat Willie” versions of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, which sparked a string of horror-tinged media projects last year, and Winnie-the-Pooh, who was transformed into a bloodthirsty killer in the 2023 slasher film “Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey.”

In other words, there is money to be made from IP moving into the public domain 🤑

Notable works for 2026 include…

Nancy Drew #1Disney’s Pluto & Clarabelle CowAgatha Christie’s Miss MarpleWorks of Albert EinsteinHow to Win Friends and Influence People

💡 Ideas for monetization…

For written works: an annotated Kindle/print edition (KDP)AI-narrated audiobooksEtsy/Shopify: vintage posters, coloring pages, etc.

Why it works: massive nostalgia, zero licensing fees, and first-mover advantage on search and marketplaces 👍

Just be careful where you sell, as copyright rules differ by country (eg. Tintin isn’t public domain in the EU yet).

One of the Bigger Wealth Creation Moments in AI

📣 ChatGPT recently announced

a new generation of apps you can chat with, right inside ChatGPT. Developers can start building them today with the new Apps SDK, available in preview.

Greg Isenberg in a recent video…

it is possible that this becomes a big thing. And if it becomes a big thing… this is probably one of the bigger wealth creation moments in AI…

ChatGPT has 800 million weekly active users. So you can get in front of 800 million people every single week and sell them something… the discovery opportunity is huge

He goes on to share 5 apps you could build for this new app store 👇

AI Tax Guy / K-1 Agent → “File my quarterly taxes”Healthcare Concierge → “Find the best dermatologist nearby that takes Blue Cross.”Credit Score Repair Copilot → “Improve my credit.”Make-A-Meme → “Make a meme about X.”AI Grandma (life advisor) → “I’m overwhelmed—what should I do?”

🛠 Greg says he’d try building such apps in Claude Code or Cursor.

How long would that take? I would say realistically two to three weeks to get something that’s working really well… you’d have to make sure that you get approved by OpenAI… maybe four weeks, in total 30 days.

Make $1,000 a Day Selling TSA Liquidation Items

Chris Koerner in a recent video…

there are these liquidation marketplaces where you can buy Costco returns and everything the TSA confiscates, you can buy for pennies on the dollar.

Two such websites 👇

govdeals.combstock.com

👍 Chris recommends…

What you should do and can do is build an agent… just vibe code an agent that finds items for sale [on these marketplaces] according to your filters… let’s say under $3000 within a 100 miles of your zip code.

And then it just posts them all for sale on Facebook Marketplace at a set markup, call it 80%.

So you list all these things on Facebook Marketplace and whatever starts taking off, getting a ton of hits and inquiries, then you actually go spend the money to buy the thing.

So essentially a dropshipping business, but an AI agent would do all the work to find winning products and willing buyers 🎯

$4K/Month Printing Out Text Messages Into Books

Joshua ZJoshua ZFounder of My Forever Books $4000 approx monthly revenue

📝 Joshua Z writes

I made $34k after a year of printing out text messages into books.

His business…

My Forever Books. A website where you can upload your text messages (iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) and get them printed into a real, physical book. Top use cases being anniversary gifts or preserving the texts of family/friends that have passed.

Exactly a year ago today, I made my first organic sale from a random customer in Tennessee… A month later, I quit my job and went all in on the business

Looks like he’s now averaging about $4K in monthly revenue 💰

Could be an opportunity to do the same thing in different languages / countries.

💡 I brainstormed with ChatGPT and it came up with a similar idea…

Family Groupchat Yearbook: Pull the best photos, jokes, and quotes from the family chat and print annually. Sell as a subscription (“We ping you every December with a one-click reorder.”)

This also reminded me of Framed Tweets, which was earning $25K/mo a few years back 😎
